DSW customer service was awesome! I saw a shoe in the store I liked but they didnt have my size. The associate checked on line found my size and honored the sales price, shipped it to my house because I was out of town! Nice job!

Great selection of shoes and the store is pretty well kept. Its busy though, and they put a lot of their staff on the registers which is great for check out, but if you need help on the sales floor its difficult to get.

DSW has the best shoes! I always get my shoes there. Their shop is always clean and the workers always help you and they are kind. I love their shoes.
