I moved to this area over a year ago. This was my second time going into the Woodridge store and my second time walking out without a purchase. There were at least 4 employees in the store. I had been in there for more than 45 minutes trying on shoes and browsing. Not one person said a word to me! Im just old fashioned about customer service. You can greet me or at least check on me during my visit then I cant spend my money there! I left the 2 $70 pair of shoes I selected right on the bench. I work too hard for my money. I provide good customer service. I just wont tolerate poor service. I will not be returning to this store!

Great prices always with deals. Someone always available to help and shoes that are left out by customers and put awe by staff to keep shoe inventory and displays kept
