I recently bought a pair of very cute platform sandals from Famous Footwear. I wore the shoes once, and got home to find a large dent in the heel. I took the shoes back to the store, with receipt, and was told by the cashier that I "must have done too much dancing," and that I should "go to a shoe repair" to get the shoes fixed. I am very unhappy with the service I received, as I do not think that a customer should be blamed for a poor quality product that is used once and then is no longer usable, and was offended by the cashiers assumption that I damaged the shoes. Famous Footwear lost a customer over one pair of shoes. As I waited in line, I was looking at other shoes that I would like to buy, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere since I cant depend on good customer service or quality at Famous Footwear.

went here recnetly place was clean, stocked, and had decent choices, but in general i dont care much for paying for shoes, but this place was alright.

The selection can be more diverse, it seems like a all the shoes are the same but they are really nice here
