The place is small, compared to the one in Woodfield. However, the service is as expected, similar to other stores, helpful but not bothersome. They have all of their clearance items in a back room, so its easier to spot and just spend some time in there if you are looking for a good deal. Everything is organized similar to other DSW, with mens and womens separated. This one is closer to my house, so easy and accessible.

Meh. Shoes. Sales people who hide or will only say, "I can order a different size on line and ship it to your house" to about any question. They dont really know the merchandise so I might as well just ship online.

No toilet paper in there public restroom. Dont be sick while shopping for shoes in this store because now one cares to bring you a toilet paper even when you let them know.
