Jon Tello at the store helped me. I was looking for some slippers and/or shoes that would help with my chronic foot pain. He took one look at my feet and told me that I have high arches, and that I need more arch support. He brought me some New Balance arch support inserts, and when I put them in my shoes I could feel the difference immediately. My feet felt so much better! I wanted two pairs, and he only had one in the store, but he shipped the other pair right to my home! Ive spent hundreds of dollars on shoes and various inserts and gone to the podiatrist, but nothing has helped me as much as the 15-minute visit to the store and those New Balance inserts. Jon, youre a genius!

The store manager was so helpful at this store. He came up to us and said if we needed anything just let him know and then left us alone while we looked around. He had time for us when we were ready. He spent time checking the wear of our old shoes and analyzing our arches and where we put weight on our feet to ensure he fitted us with the right shoe. He asked about our daily activities to make sure the correct kind of shoe was chosen. Overall it was the best shoe store experience we have ever had and we came away from the store feeling unrushed and completely taken care of. Thanks Schaumburg new balance!!

Good selection of shoes and one of the only places that you will get people to actually fit you properly for your shoes. I cant say enough about the manager there Zariah. Extremely knowledgeable, very patient and caring, and makes sure she is getting you into the correct product. I stared buying shoes from her in Oak Brook (5min from my house) and now I make the drive to Schaumburg (20-30min) just for her excellent service. Her level of personalized service is worth the drive every time.

I was looking for a specific walking shoe model which was available on NB website. Came to the store- they did not have it stocked, but offered to order it for me. 5 days later I got a call to come pick them up. The shoes were the right model and size. However, they charged me $10 extra because the shoes were coming from the warehouse and the store is a franchise (?!) I was not told upfront about the extra charge. Dissapointed - I would not recommend this store.

I had to go here to try on the model that they made in my size and thankfully they had in stock so I bought it. the sales associate knew his stuff and I could tell that the other one did too. Thats a big plus.

Great service! The manager helped me find the right running shoes for my feet, and they are so comfortable, and actually cheaper than what I was expecting to spend. It was a pleasant experience.

Terrible experience. Although staff was nice. Shoes were not a good fit at all and they would not refund or replace the shoes. Had to go through the New Balance website for refund.
