I have been to many Nike stores and Factory Stores and it would have to be the worst one Ive been to. As I walked and no one greeted weed and I heard that members arguing on which floor to be on. Unprofessional from a managers point of view. I dont have a good selection here I wouldnt come here specially how I am greeted if the manager is seeing this post please pay attention on your workers like I said Ive been to many many many thanks stores across America and if you dont believe me lets just say I am a truck driver so yes I do go to many many Nike stores.

Their hours on the Nike Tuscola website are wrong. Its only open till 6pm all days during the winter. Also I got there just before 6 and was not allowed in to return one item. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful in the process. Very poor customer service. I would recommend finding another Nike store to shop at.

I understand that its an outlet store but they need to have a better stock n stock more wide width shoes, they would probably get more customers n sales. Since they dont I wont be shopping there for any of my shoes, so right there theyve lost a customer n a sale

Not impressed. They had shoes on clearance that looked marked down that were also the main display, for the same price as clearance. Not cool.

Super helpful. Mens 4E width can be tough to find, especially under $50. Got 2 pairs for the cost I usually spend one one.

Nice mall nice shops easy off and on highway. Food places close.
