I went in for both work shoes and the new "athletic" shoes and while I love their shoes, their customer service could use a lot of work. I made the mistake of calling the new style a "gym" shoe and proceeded to get schooled on the difference between a gym shoe and their "athletic looking work shoe" all while getting this attitude of "You dont belong here if you dont know these basic facts." It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Horrible customer service. The older lady "helping" people out is always in a bad mood belittling their customers. This was my second time buying work boots for my husband and both times we were treated very poorly by the same person. Will not be going back there again.
