Employees answered any questions asked. Bathrooms were clean. Big selection, however many female athletic shoes were over priced compared to locations such as Shoe Dept. Had plenty of sizes and styles of childrens shoes available as well (however no wide sizes that I could see, and very little for adult females). Most shoe stores in Clarksville have very little selection in regards to childrens shoes, and if they do many are velcro only. This location had velcro and tie shoes thankfully. One down side is they dont carry extra in the back, so if a size isnt on the racks there are none in the store. Online or shopping around in that instance would be your best bet. Ive seen other Shoe Carnivals in other states and the interior is the same, many shoes are over priced as well however this one had what we were looking for at a reasonable price. All in all a good experience and will check it out for kids shoes in the future.

Wish I could give -1 ☆. Place is the worst. Lazy workers. Walked in there needed new running shoes. Manager was rude talking on the phone while I was telling her what kind of shoe I was looking for. Guy that rang me up almost "forgot" to place an item that I paid for in my bag before I left. And he didnt even remove the anti theft device so I had to come all the way back to the store from home. Just left this circus of a store. Overall bad experience, place is the worst. Next time going to Dicks sporting goods.

Service was horrible. Waited in line while three associates helped a lady at the register while her kids where still bringing things up to the counter, they where still shopping. No one even acknowledged we were waiting and finally we walked out. Lost a sale and a customer.

I love shoe carnival, they have so much variety,the associates are very helpful and friendly,and if you have a problem theyre very understanding and resolve it ,never had a bad experience,love the store...

Needed steel toed shoes they had a good selection cheaper to expensive sizes were limited for wide length and half sizes but they helped me out a lot and was able to find a pair that fit me well

They no longer carry running shoes. It has become like every other generic shoe store. Also why are you open on Thanksgiving day?

Employees not very helpful dont ask if they have more shoes in the back what is on the floor is all they have .
