Held a pair of shoes for my wife and were very nice when picking them up. Most importantly they still have the pop a shot in the back of the store (mens dept) I will forever love shoe carnival due to the pop a shot basketball hoop.

This Shoe Carnival is in a great location. Good selection of shoes, dont always carry the popular shoes, and prices are not always reasonable. Overall the store and its employees do very at customer service and nice atmosphere.
