Greeted by a sales associate near the door when I entered. I asked her where the shies I was looking for were and she walked me over to the aisle. Found all three pairs of shoes I needed, though the sale prices were good, the normal prices were a bit higher than I would have expected. The cashier was busy stocking and wouldnt acknowledge my presence at the register without me finding him. Ended up getting checked out the associate who greeted me instead.

When Im about to spend at least 70 or more for some workout shoes and they dont ask if I need help or what type of shoe Im looking for . Makes me want to go to another store with higher prices. Im a customer service kind of person so if u dont want my money imma go ahead and go somewhere else Felt uncomfortable so I left Sorry wont be coming back to this store Customer service sucks

Went on the weekend and they only had one person working. They were at the checkout. I walked the store three times and then left. I have been buying my shoes here for ten years and been going down hill slowly for awhile now.

This is a TERRIBLE web site. Fancy intro with music and whatever but when you actually go to look at whats available in the store you get NO WHERE. They need to do something about this, the way it is its useless.

Used coupon for $10.00 off $49.98 or higher. The cashier took it off the total and not off the pair of shoes. I was charged $4.04 more than what I should of been charged.

Shoe sizes are very limited as well as their shoe selection. Not a ton of choices from a place that looks this big
