i was trying to get a size exchange for a pair of boots all i wanted was the same boot bigger size the man who took care of me was rude he told me since the boot was purchased in 2014 and the brand new boot manufacturing date was old from 2014 he would not do the exchange i dont know what the manufacturing date has anything to do with a brand new boot that was never worn so Im taking this to corporate now and hope they can do the exchange for me i will no longer buy boots from orland ill drove to any other red wing store if i have to..... i own over 8 pairs of boots from red wing but Im not surprised by the way the man was acting with me union member trying to support union made boots and this is how Im treated

The staff person who I think is the owner is such an azz. So lazy its if your putting him out to get you shoes. Doesnt have a size 12 in the 3 pairs of shoes I wanted and then would not order them because if I dont want them he is stuck with them. Its a size 12 not an 8 obviously 12 sell you dont have any. Then he wants me to drive to Homewood. Its the second time treated badly its the last time I step in that store I will get my shoes from hytest.

Unfortunately this particular store lacks the customer service easily found at surrounding red wings. Usually they dont have a problem exchanging shoes from another store, but the guy at Orland gave me a hard time and refused to help.

This place has horrible customer service. The store manager is very rude and not helpful. Contacted corporate and got exactly what I wanted in less than 3 minutes. Will not buy from this location again.
