Wander around and good luck to you if you find something. Its not what you were looking for or what you saw on the website. The shoe inventory doesnt make sense, the purses are pricey. The staff is really nice, but they cant control how dsw runs its stores. Just dont bother, shop somewhere else.

Staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs. Clearance items are always available and a wide variety no matter the season. In any case something isnt in store staff will help place an order free shipping and or look for it in another store.

Had a bad experience with Araceli the assistant manager, BUT luckily ALBERT who was extremely professional, kind, and gave outstanding customer service turned a not so pleasant situation into a extremely positive one! Im def a happy camper!

There are good deals to be found here but mostly in the remainders area which is really hit or miss. The mens selection is quite good bit the womens is lacking in certain types of shoes, like casual sneakers.

Called over the phone to set a specific shoe at the front counter for later pick up. The staff was very friendly and without hesitation helped me with my request. Great shoe selections especially for men.
