Absolutely the worst service EVER! The sales associate was not interested in making a sales or even helping us. It was not busy. We were the only n people in the store! He was rude and condescending. For the price you pay you should be able to try in shoes with out feeling like you are an inconvenience to the sales team! I will NEVER go here again. I purchased online and will go that route in The future!

Came in looking for a specific, oddball set of laces for my boots, and (as I expected) they didnt have them in stock. BUT—the gent working at the took my name and info, notified his boss that I was on the prowl for said laces, and gave me a ring to come pick them up when they arrived a few days later. Top notch service that saved me the headache of a wild goose chase.

Gotta say - not a fan of walking into a place ready to drop $130+ on a new pair of boots for work to find a guy behind the desk who acts like it will take an Act of Congress to get up and help you. Prices on the Chinese made boots are high and if that doesnt drive you away, the service - or lack thereof - certainly will. Save your money and order online!

The salesmen there are a bit timid, but after introduction are ready to lace up your boots. Yes, their expensive, but theyre gauranteed​ and meant to last. Just try these things. PS, if you do purchase a pair, ask them to throw in some oil for water proofing, youll probably get it free...
