I have foot problems. Problems so painful I am having trouble walking my three dogs every morning. Ive ordered shoes that I "thought" fit, but decided, instead of buying online, took my husbands advice and went to Chiapetta. WOW. The young salesman with the fabulous hair took care of me. I didnt catch his name, but wish I had. (THANK YOU!!) I showed him my feet, told him of my issues and he promptly grabbed a pair of shoes that......no kidding....wait for it....felt like Cinderellas glass slipper. NO PAIN. I wanted to hug him! (Instead, I bowed down to him) If you have problematic feet, dont waste your time doing online shopping. Go to Chiapetta, get the right shoes, with the right fit and you and your feet will walk away happy! They have beautiful shoes and even though I am 60, dont look or act like a senior. The salespeople know their stuff, they are not pushy, but want to help you! New customer for life!

This is a fabulous family-owned local business in Kenosha. I live in the western suburbs of Chicago and I still like to make the drive out here a few times a year if I can. The brands are high quality, several are considered more "comfort" brands of shoes. They can be higher priced, but Ive never regretted a purchase later. Both mens and womens shoes are available. The salespeople are great at helping with sizing. It really feels like an old school attentive experience. The store is modestly sized, so at times they might not have a certain color/size in stock. However, they are always willing to order something for you. At least the last time it came up for me, they offered the option to have you come back to the store to pick it up for free or pay for shipping to have it sent directly to your home.

Amazing friendly place! Ive been dealing with foot pain for a few years and no one seemed to know what was wrong, I walked in the store told the salesman what hurt and he knew exactly what was wrong right a away and gave me a few options that best fit my feet and my style (Im 25 and didnt want to sacrifice a lot of style). The salesman was extremely nice and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with foot pain! Everyone was so nice and they had a lot of different styled shoes for women and men. Im so glad I stopped in! :D

Best shoe store in southeast WI- easily! I have purchased very high quality shoes from here several times and am always more than satisfied with the look, performance, and long lasting condition of their shoes and the service. This is a family owned store and their staff is phenomenal - Tony and Nick are the best! Just a really fantastic store with fair prices, great products, and top notch service. I am really particular when buying shoes, and I always go here. Other shoe stores dont come close.

Sent my mother here for shoes. She has very small narrow feet, and has a terrible time finding shoes. She called me after she stopped in here, and was pleased as punch with them. She got two pairs of shoes, that actually fit her foot she said. She was so excited to have properly fitting shoes. I have had a pair of boots custom resoled with them and were very pleased with how they turned out. Awesome to see a actual shoe store with knowledgeable people, and a passion for their trade.

I had a great experience at Chiapetta Shoe Store. Im a teacher and on my feet all day long. After stopping by and receiving great service I chose two new pairs of shoes. Since then Im not going home at the end of the day with sore feet. I wished I would have stopped in earlier. Chiapetta has a new customer for life.
