I bought a pair of shoes from the Finish Line at Water Tower Place on Michigan Avenue. After I got home I realized they were too big and that I needed a half size smaller. I called to see if my size was available and they ended up finding a pair at this Rosemont location. I get to the Rosemont location after calling to confirm they still have the shoes on hold, all while going way out of my way by driving from the city, only to arrive and find out that the pair they set aside has TWO RIGHT SHOES in the box. I act calm and collected even though inside I somehow knew I was about to receive horrible customer service on top of the clear lack of attention to detail that had already occurred. This wouldnt have been so bad if the manager didnt just sit around and not do anything to find the other shoe. I waited for half an hour as he explained they were looking for the left shoe. After waiting for another 15 minutes or so I finally ask if they couldnt find the other shoe and he said "no we cant find it". He laughed as he said he thinks they may have sold another customer two left shoes. I obviously didnt think this was funny as j could have just been that other customer. At this point I wanted to pick this man up and pile drive him into next week like Stone Cold Steve Austin, but saner minds prevailed as I was surrounded by women and children. I asked that a pair be sent to my house over night to rectify the massive inconvenient this caused me. He said they could do no such thing and that it could take up to 5 business days to get them sent out. I now had 0 respect for the manager or Finish Line. After all of this I ended up returning the oversized shoes and vowing to never shop at Finish Line again. This company and the people it employs do not care about customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service (retail), I know that if a customer asks for something, you drop what you are doing and solve the situation as a manager. Instead this guy let me sit around waiting as they seemed to go about their business without actually searching for the shoes. Hopefully this review can get me some recourse as I really liked the shoes and the price. I will now go home and sit on my ass and eat pizza because I dont have new running shoes to workout in. If I end up with heart disease I will be sure to come after finish line for the medical costs I will likely incur.

We went in on a busy Sunday, There was one Gentleman in particular who helped my husband and I try to find a shoe I was looking for (Womans NIKE ROSHE TWO;two colored shoe) he was tall light complected maybe blonde hair and I wanted to show some recognition to his name which I dont know but he was great he actually offered to find the shoe, he helped and picked up one similar and went in th back room and brought back a pair(the one I was looking for) I didnt realize It was the one at the time but come to find out was the exact same shoe after I left the store and wasnt able to say thank you to him even tho I saw eye to eye at the register tho he was busy. But thank you for being a great employee.

Very friendly and helpful staff, although it was very busy at the time Eder (I believe the shift manager) was very helpful, knowledgeable on the products... definitely will shop there again!

I had the worst experience ever at this location I will never visit the store again with the assistant manager Michelle and the manager a Azie they treat the minority group very badly
