Went in trying to find a supportive shoe for work that was going to give me some width, arch/ankle support and comfort. Greeted when I walked in and when I was trying on shoes associates asked if I needed help. After trying on several shoes and not finding anything, an associate named Bailey ended up assisting me with finding the right shoe. She was very kind, welcoming , patient and gave excellent customer service/advice. The Chicago ridge location is very spacious and has more variety than a lot of shoe carnivals in my area. Ended up getting the Nike Air Monarch IV. Will visit again!

Doesnt have a bathroom or thats what they claim. Your compamy sell millions of shoes and wont let my son pee in your washroom , thats a desgrace definatley thinking twice about buying your shoe. Sorry we peeD on your store
