Came here last year looking for a pair of Birkenstocks. I wish I had wrote this review earlier, but here it is. They had the style I was looking for and a nice young employee began to help me. When I asked for another size, an older man stepped in to assist me instead. It went downhill from here. He gave me both of the sizes I was considering but one of them seemed a tad too large so I spent a while trying to decide which size I would get. I felt pressured into buying the larger size as he stood around looking at me impatiently. When I asked for his opinion he grumpily told me to get the larger pair without any sort of discussion and it gave me the feeling that he just wanted me out of the store, even though they were nowhere near closing time. So, instead of getting the expensive pair that would have fit, I bought the expensive pair that is way too big. All I wanted was some advice, man!

My wife went into the store and the sales personnel were extremely rude. During her visit, she lost her keys and the workers were very unhelpful. Kept making jokes and stating"who loses their keys!" After all this, I went into the same store 3 hours later, looking for shoes for my 14 month old daughter. I was told, "we really dont carry shoes now. We have mostly sandals." THIS IS A SHOE STORE, THST DOESNT CARRY SHOES! REALLY?! I will not be going back and would not recommend anyone else go there. STAY AWAY! Unless you want to be treated like crap. Also, seems like this store doesnt respond to bad reviews. Store owner has only responded to good reviews. Havent heard anything from this shoe store again. Customer service is very bad. Lost a customer, and hope you lose more from others reading this review.

I take my kids here to get sized for school shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They are sure to size the children appropriately, help them try on the shoes, and make sure theyre comfortable by doing a loop around the store. Im very happy to have this service available to make sure my kids are in the proper shoe as they continue to grow. They have a good variety of shoes for school and gym shoes as well.

Excellent! The staff is friendly & most importantly knowledgeable!!!!!! I will NEVER get my shoes any place else!! Im actually looking forward to working on my feet in my new danskos tonight!! I LOVE my dress shoes. In addition to perfectly fitting me with a pair of shoes that feel great, after having worn these shoes just about every day for a long while, they are still excellent. In fact, Golden Shoes refurbished my shoes to near their original lustre. We also buy all of our kids shoes from here as well. Moreover, they have CAT boots among other brands.

The sales people are so friendly, knowledgeable, NOT pushy at all & all are treated as if you are buying a Cadillac! They know their merchandise and the price of the shoe is equal to that of a department store or less NOT more! I have a narrow foot and the strap was adjusted to accommodate me, without charging extra Love this place and encourage YOU to go too!!

Just like stepping back in time! Great shoe salespeople who know how to fit shoes to fit your feet. They also have great customer service and even dyed my daughters wedding shoes (that I purchased elsewhere) at a very reasonable cost then they also stretched them so she could enjoy her wedding day. Its my new favorite place to shop for shoes.

When you need an actual shoe fitting this is the only place Ill go. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and they know what theyre doing. They carry a wide variety of name brand shoes and have been able to find the right support needed for my feet with high arches. Ive never left disappointed.

Golden Shoes is the only place to purchase shoes! Marc and his staff really know how to fit shoes and have a great selection of hard to find sizes for hard to fit feet. Plus, they stand behind their merchandise 100%. Have never been unhappy with anything I have purchased there.
