Lots of running shoe brands and styles to choose from. Staff were knowledgeable and allowed me to try on as many shoes as I pleased. The also let me try them on their treadmill, videotaping me and playing the video tape back so I could observe my gait. I would rate them a 5 star, but they sold me a pair of minimalist shoes without giving a full warning regarding the lack of forefoot cushion in the shoe. Its taken a little getting used to. That said, these were the most comfortable shoes that I tried on that day, so the warning likely would not have changed my decision. I also like the extent that the store has established itself as part of the local running community, sponsoring race events and local run and triathlon clubs.

After never owning a proper pair of proper walking shoes I went into this store off of a referral from my husband. The employees are so caring and knowledgeable about what products would work well for you. Ive never had a better pair of shoes in my life! My back aches and leg pains were resolved immediately. I purchased shoes from this location in September 2014 and just went and bought a second pair this past weekend. The price is a bit on the high end, both of my shoes were about $125, but the price is worth it. I will never go anywhere else for shoes again.

The people working there are well educated on their products and very good problem solvers. When I purchased the shoes I was professionally fitted and observed while running to make sure the fit was right. I had a slight issue with the shoes wearing out in the toe quickly and when I went back to the store they helped me prevent it from happening again in my new pair of shoes by providing me with a preventative patch. I really appreciated all their help and will definitely continue to buy my running equipment here.

OMG. Performance Running Outfitters HOUSE!!!! Its kinda annoying that the sale rack is right when you enter, so there were so many people just standing around. There are 3 levels to this place and there were no signs as to which floor had what. the basement is filled with the clearance rack, the ground floor is all heels and dressy shoes and the second floor has the bags/wallets and flats/sandals/sneakers. There is also a small section of men shoes.

My wife and I and a friend came from West Bend and met Holly she knew all about her product.took time with us. We ordered shoes the color and type that kit us.. We bought 2 pairs Hokas and my friend bought New Balance. They have a walking track inside store and work with you to make sure the shoes are correct. We are going back to buy another pair from Holly .Thank you. Jim and Joan and Skip.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great products. I have gotten running shoes, running clothes, massage items, cold weather running gear, and have been happy with every purchase. The reason why I shop here vs. a big box store is they know their stuff and help you get whats right for the individual, and they have a great selection of high quality products.

My goal was to find a shoe that would help with my recently developed plantar fasciitis. I am sooooo pleased with the help that I received. The sales associate really listed to my questions and provided me with some wonderful options. I never once felt something was pushed on me to meet some sales quota. Ill be sure to head back after my next 300 - 500 miles.

The staff is always so helpful at PRO. I bought my very first pair of dedicated running shoes here in 2013, and have purchased every pair since here. The hair analysis is great and its nice that they have a track inside to test out the shoes. They also have weekly fun runs at both locations which is really cool.

Went in to get new running shoes to get back into long distance running. I was greeted with a comfortable and great staff who provided numerous shoes for me to try on and test out with my running style. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get back into or continue running!

Great customer service. They have a treadmill and camera setup to test shoes and analyze form. There is a pretty good selection of products at competitive prices. The guy who helped me seemed knowledgeable and wasnt a pushy salesman. I will be buying from them in the future.

This is the best running store I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgable and super friendly. They will fit the shoe to your specific gait and workout needs and take the time to understand your level of fitness. They also provide awesome group runs every week.
