I will start by saying I will never enter this store again if 0 stars was an option they would get it. Took my sons ipod to geek squad to see if they could fix it and was told they could and it would cost $40 and take half an hour. First negative was their computer crashed multiple times while gathering my info for the system and the worker told me it happens all the time. I should have left at that point because if the people who are suppose to fix electronics cant get their own computer to stop crashing that is a sign, but my son wanted his ipod fixed so we stayed. So after half an hour to even get info into the system so they could start working on it we leave and go have lunch since it will only be half an hour to fix. Come back 45 min later to be told it isnt ready and that it will be about another hour. When I asked why I was told half an hour I was told the computer they needed was in use so they just started on it. So we go home this time and decide will just go back later not waiting around for an hour, my first wise choice of the day. Call back 4 hours later to see if it was ready so we didnt drive there for nothing to be told it will be 45 min more. I ask why was I told 30 min at first then an hour after that and now it has been 5 hours and being told 45 min more. The answer is I just got here I dont know. Then get told it is going through the restore process now. So not only did it take forever they couldnt fix it so they just restored it and wiped the memory, which I could have done at home and saved $40. Then when they finnally call another hour later that it is ready we go pick it up and both employees working at the geek squad counter avoid up and send another employee to give us the ipod. I learned a lesson and will never use geek squad for anything again and will never step foot in Lake Geneva best but again due to the poor service that was provided.

Garbage customer service and not helpful! I go in at least 1x per month to buy something. I have purchased appliances, laptops, tablets, computers, video game equip, TV, DVD, stereo systems, Apple TV, Roku, you name it, we buy it there, up until now. I am tired of going in and getting some poor attitude kid. I may not be spending $5000 every time, but I SPEND on their credit card. Last three purchases I have left lake Geneva and drove all the way to Kenosha Best Buy and purchased with them instead!!! The guy at the cell phone counter is useless and they should stop paying him a check. He cant find his way out of a box as far as cell phone knowledge, OH, maybe thats because I only wanted a $1000 phone. 3x I tried to buy one there. Garbage. I worked in retail for 15 years and I am an pretty knowledgeable on customer service, this place is sorely lacking in customer service. Ask the manager, Kat, she is the leader of no customer service skills! Employees reflect their leaders! Leadership 101.

Not every transaction all the time goes well or smoothly, just as not every promotion isnt as it seems or has expired without knowing of. People and businesses makes mistake just as sometimes customers makes mistakes on a product they think they know about. All in all each time something does happen and its rare for as many years Ive been shopping using exclusively Best Buy and solely because of their black tie protection even though it is a bit more than others. If their had been a issue or a problem Most Best Buys, specially the Lake Geneva Wi best buy, since I have lived out here and shopped their they have always gone over and above without question or hassle to make us leave with a smile. Customer satisfaction with them is number 1 and many other stores could truly learn from them. But my over all with best buy in any state I have lived in has always been courteous manners knowledgeable and friendly with the to make each and every customer happy.

I purchased a Vizio P50-C1 at the store and after getting it home experienced problems with it turning off and on by itself. After two days I returned it to the store and from the moment I enter received excellent customer service. I was met at the door, my recipt was checked and I briefly described the problem I was having. I was then sent to the customer service deck and arrived there to immediate service. They were already aware of the problem and began processing the return. I was then sent back to the department where the TV was purchased, they too were aware of the problem before I arrived there and were immediately helpful. I was in and out of the store in under ten minutes and had the BEST customer service I have experienced. It was quick, easy and all were helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back to the store and would recommend it to all my friends and family. Thanks Best Buy!

I bought a Sony Soundbar from Delfield Wis. Store also bought the 4 year service plan with it. I was having issues with it after one month, I live in Lake Geneva, Wis so I went in there for help, but they have never herd of the one I had????? Because it had HDMs on it. But I told them I wanted something just like what I had, but they told me they would only give me the model what I bought, so I told them I was going to lose out on the deal if I go with yours. So I contacted the store where I bought they told if I bought it back in because I has to drive almost a hour they would up grade it for me. TO THE CORP OFFICE WHY DONT YOU SEND THE MANAGERS OVER TO DELFIELD WIS. SO THEY CAN LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. BUT AS YOU CAN TELL WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS YOU GUYS DONT CARE. WAKE UP BEFORE ITS TO LATE.

Worst Best Buy I have ever been to. Staff is not trained and quite frankly RUDE (especially in the mobile phone department) I had a bad experience with a phone upgrade for my daughter there a few years ago. The sales rep could not help with any feature use, sold us the wrong case, and lost all of her contacts while trying to switch them to the new phone. I made the mistake of returning a few times after hoping things had improved only to be let down each time. I like Best Buy in general and will drive 40 miles to go to any other store than this one.

I went there on 4-30-16 to talk about lap tops and very possibly buy. There was a couple ahead of me. The store was not busy. I waited around for at least 5 minutes (I have no idea how long the other couple had been waiting). I then went to a different department and told them we were waiting in the computer section. They said theyd get someone over there and walked off. We waited another 5 minutes and no one showed up. I left and wont be back. For the record, I bought that day at Office Max.
