I had the most amazing customer service experience at this Big Lots location on 52 st. in Kenosha. I purchase a twin platform bed frame a while back, maybe 6 month ago or longer.. It had recently started braking apart...But regardless of the purchase date, The extremely nice Furniture Manager at the store told me I could bring it on back for a brand new one...No questions asked! I didnt even have the box still.. I had to bring it back in loose pieces..They apologize for my sons bed that was starting to fall apart... Wow. Big Lot really stands behind their products..I will forever be a Big Lots customer!
