Terrible store. I had a manager by maria tell me i could do something put a display item on the easy lease plan. But the manager after getting approved then informs me that it can not be put on the easy leasing so i now wasted over 2 hours here and refused to make it up to me. Absolutely the worst customer service i ever seen. Maybe they spend more time training employees to know what they are doing as i will never go to a big lots again after the worst customer service of my life. And on top of it when i asked if they could call progressive to verify the process and the warehouse associate told me to call myself. So once i was approved they no longer cared about helping me. I am absolutely pissed off and left hanging by terrible customer service and attitude by the associates. Also the manager was talking about how she doesnt like working there and she is finding out how bad of a place it is to work. and when i told her i have witnesses about her saying it she told me she didnt care.

Dont expect much from a big lots but this one has a serious problem with pricing items which delays checkout needlessly. You also never know what store you are walking into; some days it looks like it is ready for a grand opening, others, it looks like several bombs have exploded. Mostly the latter unfortunately

Great deals on food,snacks and things for around the house but furniture is very expensive compared to other stores that carry the same items.Never really see staff on the floor so if you need assistance you might have to walk all the way to the register people to help

Prices great, just need more helpful employees...You have to hunt down someone to help or have one ages by cashier, waste alot of time...Open another register when there r more than 5 in line also...
