I just went to Kmart Kenosha, and argued with this jeri curl black lady at the return desk. She got mad and started snapping at me, so I snapped back at her. I told her that there is a way to talk to someone, and was offended she called me “Dear.” I have addressed this type of issue before with this store, and they don’t care, or value their customers. This lady was rude, had a bad attitude, and was very disrespectful. I am tired of contacting Kmart headquarters, about the same things; I am just going to take my money elsewhere. I would never step foot in this store again, and buy my items online.

There was mismarked goods which we found out where mismarked at the check out line and god forbid they check and see if its mismarked or not. A perfume thing they were selling had something missing from it. It never has enough people working. I was there one Saterday and the lines where packed but only two where open. Also sometimes they will have vague advirtisements that are very misleading. Just about everthing there you can find at walmart for less.

Since the new manager Marcin started running the store, the store looks a lot better and more organized. I think its a lot cleaner then what it used to be. Before he ran the store I felt like I was walking into the goodwill but he has changed Kmart. Marcin is kind and has always treated me with the utmost respect and is awesome to his customers.

After not visiting for over two years I remembered why I stop coming here in the first place, dirty, unorganized, over priced compared to other stores. What a shame...as a kid I used to love this store, as an adult now I will be making sure my kids dont know about it.

I always seem to get mistreated by the top manager Marcin. He came from Waukegan and he is the first white manger Ive every seen that is ghetto. He needs to loose his job.The really short black lady with the Jerry curl is really rude.

Easier to shop than walmart, gotta use the points program if you want the extra perks (which is teamed up with sears, so its not hard to get the goodies)
