I had a really good experience with this location. I originally called about an odorless acrylic kit which they had for a decent price. The woman who I talked to offered to put it on hold and it was at the front when I walked in. She helped me look for a few more items. She was so pleasant. We even made small talk and both wished each other well in our careers in the beauty industry. She was friendly and professional. Awesome experience!

Exceptionally rude service on 4/3/11 by both employees. I will not be returning to this location other than to speak to a manager about my experience today. They mispriced an item and absolutely REFUSED to honor the marked price, telling me that a customer went behind the sales counter and changed the sign location. Way to blame the customer for your mistakes!!!!!
