Terrible management and customer service. As someone who works in management and customer service myself, i would never talk to customers the way this incompetent condescending manager along with his staff does. This place is the rudest establishment ever. Ive given them so much of my money yet whenever it comes time to attempt to return an item, even with a receipt, even if its never been used, they give you the biggest hassle ever and try to make you look foolish- in case you arrogant people didnt know, if you have a receipt and an unused item you are entitled to your money back! At one point i asked the manager if retaining 20 dollars by not allowing me to complete a valid return, receipt and all, was worth losing a customer who has spent close to a 1000 dollars in the past year, to which he gave a snide and unprofessional response. Its not about the money, its about a total disregard for finding a resolution for their loyal customers, and the crass way they treat you speaks volumes. I am personally offended and dissapointed that I funneled so much money into such a tacky establishment. They have lost a loyal customer in me. This is the kind of establishment that wants to excitedly take your money each and every time then turn around and demean you as a customer by questioning your integrity and talking down to you when it suits them. They need a lesson in customer service and customer retention because I was once an avid shopper there, along with a lot of my friends. And we will all be taking our business elsewhere. Trashy inexcusable way to treat people that put money in your pocket and keep you in business.

Purchased some hair from here and of course the employee takes it up to the counter I looked at two different colors to see which I would like besr and of course the one I didnt want is the one she took up front and I didnt notice until a week later when I webtvto get my hair done so I took the hair back and attempted to return it and they wouldnt let me exchange it with receipt still in the original osckagibg , it wasnt my fault the sakesoeesin took the wrong package to the front so now Im forced to take a loss precisekyvwhy we should shop with our own Black owned Beauty Supply Stores lesson learned!!!!!!

This place is huge!!!!!! First time coming here. My main reason of coming here is to find plastic wig stands. After doing some shopping around, I asked the lady at customer service where it could be located. She was very nice to me and asked on her walkie because she "didnt want you to walk all over through the store" to find the product. Helpful and thoughtful. The gentleman in one of the aisles told me where to go as well. Totally coming back!!!

The worst service ladies had attituan cpuldnt be bothered to ask questions and they didnt even know anything about the hair.. Only one star because there was some good stuff in the store but i didnt even want to look around because of the service.. Place needs to be shut down i agree
