I had a great experience with F1 Systems and highly recommend this company for timely and affordable service. My son mistakenly dropped a stapler on my HP laptop (only 3 years old) and there was immediate loud clicking noise and nothing worked. I gave F1 a call, he made a few suggestions of what it might be, and I brought it in. It needed the hard drive replaced...he even suggested for me to check if it was still under warranty. I checked and it had just run out. So we went ahead and had him fix it. He was very nice and seems honest and fair. He had my computer fixed WAY before the expected date and even consulted me on a few other operating system questions via phone while working on it. Small shop with a ton of heart..and you can support local, small businesses!

We went with F1 Systems and had Marlend build us a great computer with all the bells and whistles at a great price! Marlend took the time to go over each component with us to assure the quality and compatibility for each piece. He also offered suggestions and information for additions that we hadn’t thought of. He and his wife are very knowledgeable and very helpful any time we had questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to go with F1 again! We’ve recommended our family and friends to go to F1 Systems with their computer needs. They have all been extremely pleased with the service they received. F1 Systems is a great business with great service and we highly recommend them!

First! My computer died and a friend referred me to F1. Marlend spent hours trying to find out the problem and gave me the verdict. Marlend and Linda were awesome in helping me find a new computer and explaining what had happened to my old one and what I would have on the new one. I was able to take it home and plug it right in. After using this computer for a couple of weeks, I had some questions. I called and Marlend explained everything and helped me find a program I needed. I have never had such wonderful service in all my computer years. I would give them more than a five star rating if I could and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

absolutely love the customer support friendly atmosphere and the well versed knowledge of the owner of F1 Systems the products are all top of the line and what is amazing to see is that F1 Systems will not push you to buy anything really pricey that you dont need. they will talk over what your looking for and make sure that what your looking for is exactly what you walk away with. I will say that this experience is far better than going to a major retailer like Best Buy or Walmart. i will say that when i need to update to a new computer in a few years i know where im going to go first before anywhere else.

Great help from Linda (owners wife) this morning. I had an issue that turned out to be malware (or the start of a virus on my computer) she was SO super helpful! She walked me right through it. It is perfect that they are local so you can trust them! I had my computer fixed there a few months ago, worked great since then and I love that I can call and just get a little help when I need it...without being "nickel and dimed" to death for help. HIGHLY recommend!

People took my computer to a couple of other local stores for service, and each time I got my computer back it was not fixed. Saw the F1 sign on Main Street and decided to give these guys a try, WOW, not only was my laptop fixed, other issues also got addressed and my computer has never ran better! Dont waste your time, Pick F1 Systems and your problems will be solved, and they are very honest and up front with what you really need!

Read my review from a yr ago when I 1st upgraded my computer to an Intel Skylake Ci7 6th gen system from the Haswell technology. Recently upgrade again to an Intel Kabylake Ci7 7th gen cpu and MB w/ all other components still usable. I wanted fast, honest and professional services which F1 provided again. They were able to transfer my data without any problems. No reason to go anywhere else for your computer needs.

oh my god had the worst time ever trying to buy the simplest parts. the guy there wanted nothing to do with me or the sales, he then shooed me away and said he was not going to sell me anything, the female staff were nice and amazing but he ruined the entire experience, furthermore the place reaks of cat urine and overloads of air freshener. never going there again, heard other bad things from other people too.

Marlend made a beast of a computer. I came in to his office not knowing to much about building a computer so he took his time telling me about each component that I would need. I gave him a idea of a budget and we hit it perfect with some pretty awesome parts in my build. I knew going to him I would end up with great service from an expert. Simply put F1 is the best.I have been dealing with them for over 15 years and recently bought a new home computer (the last one he built me lasted over 10 years).Good people and the best service anywhere. If you need a new computer or just need to clean up what you already have i highly recommend F1 as your computer HQ.

Marlend was very helpful with my Macbook Pro. I unfortunately spilled coffee all over it and he was helpful and proactive in getting the issue fixed. When he realized I needed a battery he had a new one the same day. Very knowledgeable, very professional I will not hesitate to go back for any of my Mac needs.

We called them last minute on a Saturday morning, to see if he could clean out (dust removal) of two of our towers. He said bring them in, no problem; and had them done in under an hour!! when ever possible, will bring our computer needs to them!
