The WORST Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Every time we go there is no one working on the floor. One day we needed help seeing if an item was in stock. We couldnt find anyone until a young man came out from the back room. We asked if he could look it up and he replied with, "I dont know if we have any more. Every one is on lunch break." When I asked if he could get a manager he walked off mumbling, "yeah, I dont know." The employees also constantly complain about their jobs and personal lives when checking out. Every single weekend. I only go here because it is convenient.

Crappy for a Wal-Mart. Customer service here doesnt exist. No one here likes or cares about their job and you can tell. Woman manning the self check outs (only thing open at 9 pm on a thursday) was too busy reading a magizine to hep the multiple checkouts needing assistance. And then acted huffy and annoyed when disturbed when asked if she was working or not. I avoid this place as much as I can. I wish there were better options in town for home goods.

As far as a Walmart goes, this location is what you would expect it to be. Where I was a little turned off was the staff member telling me that they were "broke" and couldnt stop complaining about wanting to go home. I know that theres not much to talk about in the 60 seconds that you have with a customer, but saying that you have no money while also saying you want to go home / call in sick the next day doesnt really make sense.

This is the worst walmart I have ever been to the staff is absolutely horrible this store has the worst customer service I bought a candy bar that was almost 6 months past expiration because nobody does their job and they will only refund my money with a receipt like no compensation no apologies absolutely no respect its absolutely ridiculous DO NOT SHOP HERE GO TO ANY OTHER WALMART

I will never buy another electronics product there, especially purchasing the extended warranty...if it breaks after the first 15 days (broke on day 17), they will not exchange it like their plan claims...totally BS...they do not back up their extended​ warranty...they send you to manufacturer...why bother buying the plan..and dont bother with a manager

People are so rude cashiers and costumer service including the vision center my son need replace his glasses and can do anything just told me he need go Harvard because the same frame doesnt fit his same glasses and insurance was expired And wasnt true Walmart Harvard vision center Mede a great job fast easy for us and very friendly

Was hard to return items WITH A RECEIPT and They Have zombies in customer service with no personality and the attitude totally opposite from what I it should bee. Id suggest more training. This was the Buckeye, Az store and I will never buy things there again. Too much competition that are nice to customers

Horrible customer service. Who ever was working the self check at 830pm on July 28 was very rude and had terrible attitude. Just because we asked a question she got snippy and refused the sale. I have worked in customer for a while and this is not how you treat your customers. Very disappointed.

This Walmart is a tad smaller than the one in Crystal Lake, and thus has a smaller selection of goods. That said, its Walmart so it still has absolutely everything you could ever need. Since this location is in Woodstock, it tends to be a less busy and quieter than its Crystal Lake counterpart.

The store in general is pretty normal and is okay. I called them to ask about an item i had ordered and the women was very rude. She didnt even answer my question. Ive worked that exact position at walmart where I answer the phones and never have i seen someone do that job so disrespectfully
