If I could give zero I would. Staff is clueless gives customers misimformation. We have been Sprint customers since 2002. We have family on our plan. A family member tried to upgrade her phone. Instead of calling us with verification they sent her home to use her pc to assign herself as a delegate. When she returned he called my husband anyway causing her to waste further time. She had our password and never has had an issue before. I understand policies, but call first instead of tying up a customers Sunday. I have banned myself from other Sprint stories for staff issues adding this one to the list. I do not have an issue with the policy. My issue is the runaround the employee gave her concerning the policies. His lack of basic customer service was lacking.

HI today, I went into the sprint store this location for the first time and Jacob, Samantha and Christina were so helpful and gave great customer service My husband and I will be back to this location because of their knowledge and Great Customer Service Skills. I am a manager at a retail store and I can appreciate Great Customer service . You have a great team at the store in Yorkville which I just discovered it is 5 min away from my home . They were able to address my question I had about my new phone note 5 and gave me a great price for my data plan.

I went in to gather information, and the nicest clerk waited on me. I am a long standing Sprint customer, and this is the best service I have ever gotten. The employees name was Samantha, and she couldnt be more helpful or informative! I will definitely buy my next phone at this location.
