If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let me first start by saying I have four brand-new Kenmore elite products. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer totaling over $5200. My fridge alone with $3000. A month ago my fridge completely stopped working. We called Sears but they could not see us for two weeks. We called another repair service man and he said the problem was in the sealed system. He said we should call Sears because the sealed system is warranted for five years. So we waited the two weeks and Sears showed up and confirmed the problem was in the sealed system. They told us that they could not get back to fix it was in another 2 weeks (July 3). So here we are on July 3. My husband and I did not take our four kids anywhere for the Fourth of July because we need our refrigerator fixed. I have just been called by Sears and they are telling me that the parts are not in and they will not be here until July 17. Not only will I never buy a Kenmore Elite again (our top loading washer has never run a full load without being unbalanced-huge was of money, water and time) but I will never buy another item from Sears. They have horrible customer service. We will be going on 6 weeks before our family of 6 has a working refrigerator.

What ever happened to customer service? I buy a dryer, but I need to buy the cord, which is extra. $70 to deliver and set-up unless I have a Sears credit card and spend at least $400. Then they get here and tell me they cant use the current venting because it wouldnt be up to code, but its not on their work order to install something legal. No one in sales told me that Id need this at all. Thank you, Sears, for bringing in the dryer and plugging it in for me. Ill go to the hardware store today and get the venting. You might try telling people on the front end everything that you need. Or does that cost an extra fee, too? My daughter also needs a washer. Ill tell her to go to Best Buy.

Purchased a GE washer and dryer which is the same model all the other stores sell, however Sears is only the that was $50 dollars cheaper and free delivery. I understand they will be closing all stores in the next 5 years? or so, but the sales and staff was excellence to me.

Place is falling apart like the whole chain prices suck if you can get a deal on appliances that might be alright but kenmores quality has gone down in the garbage in the last 10 years I wouldnt buy anything else from here besides a name brand Appliance

I worked with Erin- Large Appliances and she is phenomenal!! She was friendly and extremely helpful. Because I had an awesome experience, I came back to purchase more large appliances and some summer back yard sets! Who can ask for anything more.

One of the better selection for toys, equipment and appliances. However, customer service is not the best. Online website is good and has good deals. I purchase washer and dryer with free delivery and have been very happy.

Dont buy a grill there the bottom will rust out . Junk,But it looks nice, four burner stainless steal. But what a piece of junk. The regulator went last year now i may as well throw it in the scrap pile .

Purchased a new home this May and some new appliances from Sears. All have been GE products and are excellent products. The store isnt the best, however their deals are great and been happy with them.

I was getting ready to pay and the clerk would not give me the clearances price so they shouldnt put stuff on clearances if they dont want to sell items for that price!!!! :(
