I was shopping in the Eau Claire, Wi Younkers store, cosmetic department. I have never been treated as poorly as I was at the Lancome counter. The older women working behind that counter was rude, condescending and obviously hates her job. I will NEVER return there. I can go to Macys and be treated with appreciation for my business or even order on line. You just lost a good customer!

My toddler son and I were in the Eau Claire store this weekend when he had to use the bathroom. As I was crouching to help my son, I noticed how filthy the floors were. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a week. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.
