I give this place 3 stars, because of the service! The doughnuts were awesome!! The night shift was horribly cold, short, and unfriendly. My husband and I went inside. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the gentleman, simply because he just was not paying attention, and he cut me off in mid sentence and asked "are you getting a dozen?" Which I said yes. He rolled his eyes, and for them, and asked me yet again what else I wanted.... He was so rude when we checked out as well, which my husband did not appreciate in the slightest. We told him to have a very nice day, with a smile and it was as though we were staring at a wall the entire time we were waited on by him... The only time my husband and I will be going back, is in the day time, when there is a different shift. Hopefully they will be warmer and welcoming then, and hopefully employees will actually be attentive to the doughnuts while they are going through and not being on their cell phones, letting them stick and burn only to be wasted.

a few weeks back I got me the new nutella donuts drive thru and they were in a bag all the icing stuck inside on the bag . I wrote the company and made a complain that with those donuts they need to be in a box , received a reply a few days later that they fixed it and the management of this store will contact me . Well I never got a call . Today going thru drive thru I mentioned this to Kaycee , she was shocked that I havent got a call and made more then needed up to me for the managers shortfall , big shout out to Kaycee the donuts were great , she should get a raise or a promotion , she did right by me.

Krispy Kreme is the best! I was traveling to West Virginia and stopped to get some doughnuts for my team that had never tried them. I was a bit disappointed to see that the doughnuts cost about 50 cents more per dozen than they do in Alabama. Not sure why...I would think they would be the same or even cheaper, but apparently not.

Coffee and doughnuts were tasty! The service was awful the manager Im assuming since he was wearing a white button up was not the friendliest. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Good thing we were just passing through. Maybe hes only nice to regulars....drive through reccomended. :p

Im about 90% sure there is something illegal in these doughnuts. They are that good. You will thank me if youve never had an original glazed hot doughnut from here. Make sure they are hot if you can get them that way. Big red sign on front will be lit up if they have hot doughnuts.

I am not a fan of glazing on my donuts and everything here is glazed... plus they are inconsistent - one day you can swap donut holes for a donut in a 6 pack and then other days you cant - depends on who is working that day. Id avoid unless you just like their donuts.

Made me pay for my dozen and gave my three friends theirs for free. Never spending another dollar there. If you want free donuts go at 9:55 right when theyre about to close. As long as you arent me, theyll give them to you.

This is the second time I have went there to get a dozen of filled donuts only to find out that not even half of the dozen were filled. What a disappointment!!!! I wonder how many other people they are doing this to.

I just went here for the first time, because my usual place was closed, and we got iced coffees. It was so gross. It was liking drinking liquid sugar and water. theres no coffee flavor at all. I was very let down.
