Hatchets physical location offers a unique and intimate experience. Die-hard coffee lovers will adore being able to talk with and view coffee beans being roasted in the same space that you enjoy your delicious cup of brew. Personally crafted cups of pour over make the Hatchet experience one-of-a-kind. The owners Jeremy and Jeremy are always so friendly and ready to make recommendations. I buy my beans from one of the High Countrys best roasters and one of the only roasters of medium roasts in the area. Definitely worth the stop in!

We were in Boone for a visit, had breakfast at Melanies. The coffee was the best! We asked about ythe brand. Found it is HATCHET. Trust me, if you are a coffee drinker, you have to try this coffee. You will not be disappointed. We left breakfast to find the Hatchett roasters. We got there just as Jeremy pulled up. He was not open for business, but he took care of us anyway. Absolutely great coffee and amazing customer service. We will be ordering from Hatchet for our coffee needs from now on! Thanks Jeremy!

Best chai of my entire life came from this tiny shop in the lobby of a rock climbing gym in the mountains of NC! SO GOOD! Sometimes I dream about it because it was so tasty. Im sending my boyfriend to buy me a bag of it when he goes up to Blowing Rock over labor day weekend. Allen is a fantastic barista. Super knowledge, helpful & friendly. The latte he made me was super good too. Cant wait to visit this shop again ❤❤❤

Really clean cup of coffee. This is a unique coffee experience for Boone. 3rd wave coffee presented in a humble and accessible manner. Glad to see theyre getting a shop in Center 45, the climbing gym in Boone. The coffee is high quality, and the owners are two of the nicest people youll meet in Boone. Their cold brew is really good, and the Ethiopian Ardi is my favorite bean.

If I could give more stars I would. Best coffee in Boone. Period. Also, most knowledgeable roasters in Boone, who choose not to roast their coffee beans more than once to ensure they brew the best cup of coffee in Boone! And the roasters actually interact and hold a conversation with you (and flash all your problems in the climbing gym next door)!

I had to best cup of coffee that I have ever had in Boone at Hatchet Coffee. Each cup is made individually, rich and hot, it went down easy. I also like the pairing of climbing and other physical pursuits with the the laid back coffee shop lounge room where visitors can kick back in a quiet and comfortable lounge.

My family and I just came here. The customer service was excellent and the coffee was amazing. The warm hug drink is great, especially if you like honey and cinnamon, and the caramel drink was great too. The best thing is the nitro coffee by far, though- It is a must-have. You cant go wrong here.
