All I asked for was a frappacino with cold coffee instead of the milk. Its called a coffee granita but not all coffee places have it on the menu. Apparently this was a very hard concept for them to grasp so they couldnt make it and I settled for a different drink. Then when I tried to pay they refused to accept my $100 bill. Thankfully my husband had a smaller bill. This was all mildly frustrating but then after all this the coffee tasted terrible. My husband described his as "blah" and mine had a strong chemical taste to both me and my husband. (I handed it to him without telling him anything and his reaction was total disgust). Needless to say we will not be returning.
