I waited in the drive-through for 12 minutes, when I finally got to the pick up window I asked the gentleman if I could add on a slice of banana walnut bread. No lie, he told me that because the drive-through line was so backed up I needed to come inside ! I then made sure I understood him correctly that just to add a slice of banana walnut bread, not even asking for him to put it in the microwave, he told me that I would need to park my car and come inside the store! Ridiculous and HORRiBLE customer service! Then when I attempted to call the phone number on the receipt it literally rang and rang and rang and then a message stating that the Verizon wireless customer cannot be reached! I will never ever go here again

Horrible. I stood at the counter for 4 mins without even being acknowledged once. There was no "well be right with you" or "just a second maam" Nothing. It almost seemed like they were avoiding eye contact. There were at least 4 people working and I was the only person in line. Sure, there were cars in the drive thru, but just a polite "be right there" would have been plenty for me. Finally a girl came to the register.. she was typing something in the computer. . Maybe clocking in? (still no eye contact or even a word spoken) the she walked away?!? I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. I just turned around and walked out. I drove to Dunkin and they Happily accepted my business. Shame on you Starbucks.

Everytime i go to this location the drink taste is not the same. And if it is not the same, i would like it remade without an attitude. Alyssa always has a bad attitude about remaking a drink or adding more milk to my beverage. If i am paying for it, i dont expect my cup of coffee coming to me with an inch of coffee missing from it. Slamming the window is highly unprofessional. You work in the service industry by your choice, customer service is very important. This location has nothing but bad attitudes.

Coffee almost always has a gross aftertaste. Once a barista angrily yelled in my face after she didnt hear that I ordered an ice coffee and made it hot instead. Also, if you mobile order they will most likely not notice that you did - way easier to just go through the line than to wait for 20+ minutes while they insist that you never mobile ordered in the first place.

Though I like that they moved away from the downtown square, it seems now, that its lost that coziness. All the seating area are hard chairs. Its almost like you are in a small warehouse thats set up temporarily. It just has that vibe. The old location was designed to make you want to stick around awhile. Just my 2 cents.

I ask for water because I was thirsty and they say No because I have to made a purchase. What kind of business deny water to poor people? Very unfriendly place. THIS HAPPENS ON 03/28/2017 AT 1:37PM ON THIS LOCATION. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO SHOP OR WORK TO BE HONEST.

Hate the new store. Staff is very good, but the whole atmosphere is cold, hard and uninviting. All hard wooden chairs and tables and no easy access to outlets. The whole place just screams "get your coffee and get the hell out". Very disappointing.

They came in single & left married! Its a brand new Starbucks with plenty of seating, friendly people and no problem to go over details, have a hot tea and talk. A couple asked me to meet them here for a sign and seal, will certainly be back!

Not what I usually expect from a Starbucks. Ive been here a few times and there is no consistency in the taste (sometimes too sweet and sometimes something is missing). Same goes for service. If youre on the register, work the register.

A new location that is large and beautiful. There is a cozy bench inside for singletons (with lots of power outlets). The service was great. Theres also a nice patio with shade umbrellas for those days that arent too hot.

These are usually consistent. Clean, no line, out the door in less than 5 minutes. It was trendy for Ocala in a soccer mom / wannabe kind of way. But who cares when your downing 4 shots of espresso.

I simply cannot believe the lack of efficiency with the drive thru. I waited in line for 13 minutes at 2:37pm. No excuses. There is not the morning or a lunch rush.
