Wow! What a bunch of scammer sales people. I went into the store to get free ear buds, they said if I changed my plan the bill would go down plus I would get 500.00 into my credit union account. I took a picture of the offer. It was supposed to be 90.00 a month. Just saw my bill 160.00! Plus 50.00 for me. Im telling everyone who gets scammed always follow up with a letter to the WA State Attorney General. It was the manager who scammed us. He said nothing about all the fees. The photo I took clearly shows what he was offering me. They are a bunch of crooks. My bill doubled. I was recording him so I wouldnt get scammed again, he called the police on me. I asked for the owner/ his bosses #. He wouldnt give it out. The police were like we got called out for this. Beware of this store.

The staff is not very helpful at this store. Apparently their new policy includes taking a scan of your ID. Then they still ask for your password and pin number. Whats the purpose of scanning my ID then? Especially when the say they cant help you without verifying your ID because its the new Sprint policy. Also they use the excuse of were not a corporate store to send you to the Lynnwood store for help. I have never gotten any of my questions or concerns answered here, just sent to another store or told to call Sprint directly. Also, interesting not. The Lynn wood Sprint store did not ask to scan my ID before the could help me. Do much for the new policy.

Saxton at the Sprint door store did a excellent with my problem with my bill on July 30 I walked into sprint store to get upgraded everything went fine but when I got my bill it was $456 my bill is normally 175 but with the upgrade it was going to be $200 so I was very confused so I went back to the sprint store. Saxon took care of my problems my bill went back down its actually cheaper than what it was supposed to be I was very happy with my service I recommend the sprint store in Woodinville talk to Saxon hes the man. Still in the process of trying to replace a phone under warranty, and also covered under insurance. Took the phone in on Monday, was told on Tuesday it hadnt been ordered because we needed to remove device from the cloud. Done. Ok, phone will get ordered and be there on Friday. I go to pick it up on Sunday. Not in. Store attendant looks up our account and it doesnt look like the phone has even been ordered. What happened to the days when Sprint had replacement phones on hand? Weve been Sprint customers going on 20 years. Means nothing to them.

Typing here as I listen to the phone ringing merrily in my ear. But thats all it ever does! Why put a phone number online if they wont answer it??? Then it just cuts off. I am calling the store because the people who can barely speak english at customer service dont have a clue as to what I can do for adding another phone line. Going to call the Issaquah store, factory store, a little farther away but much more responsive. This store would get no stars if I could do that with a review!

Jordan was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She was very talkative and made me feel welcomed as well as related her self to me. She does a very good job at getting to know the customer but never pushing the limit. Overall, she made my experience at sprint (which wasnt good) very good and changed my mind about sprint in a good way. She also had very good product knowledge and solved my problem in a small amount of time. A big 5 star from me to Jordan !!!!

Starting off I was looking for a phone for my girlfriend within a price range. After several battles online I decided to go to woodinville sprint. After a few attempts to get something that works in the budget range I found the store manager Saxon Butcher very helpful, He walked me through phones and monthly bill cost along with a clear explanation on what I was to expect. I have to say I am very satisfied today with the service I received.

So happy that Ive made the switch to Sprint great service and great plans that are affordable. Just stopped down at the Woodinville Sprint store to adjust my account. I was helped by Jordan and she made the experience very clear so I was not confused and she managed to save me a little money and get me on a better plan. Thank you Jordan @ Woodinville Sprint store.

Weve had a great experience with Josh at this store. He greets everyone with a smile and is very helpful with a positive attitude. We switched from Android phones to iPhones and had a lot of questions and Josh has been very patient and supportive. Were appreciative of his willingness to make the transition easy for us. Excellent service....Ask for Josh!

Has anyone else noticed that ALL Sprint stores have a listed phone number but you cant actually talk to anybody? Youre requested to leave message and theyll get back to you apparently at THEIR convenience? Whats the point of having phone number for your company when you cant even speak you someone? Good example of Sprint customer service.

Worst customer service ever!! manager kept going to9 tghe back room to discuss my credit with Sprint Corporate. She was very rude! I have an 800+ FICO score and this rude B**** pretty much made sure that I was denied service through Sprint. Very unprofessional. The manager girl seemed to me to be on drugs.

Bought my phone about 2 weeks ago and really love it (6S) and the service was beyond amazing :) Chloe & Joshua helped us. We showed up kind of close to closing and asked a lot of questions but they were very knowledgable and curtious. Glad I switched from AT&T to Sprint. Huge difference :)

Josh had been incredibly helpful as we have switched service from AT&T to Sprint. Any issues or changes we have, he handles it! Which is a nice change from AT&T who just sends you to talk to their customer service line which takes hours to get anything done. Very happy with their service!

I have gone to this store for the last 5 years. They employees are always nice. There is a quick turn around of them but its retail sales so that is common. Sprint is very expensive but when I need something for my phone I just roll right in and its fixed

This store has great customer service! I live in Monroe and this is my perferred store! The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and freindly! The manager is also very pleasant and attentive to helping out when needed. Highly reccomend this store!

Purchased a phone and accessories and ran into a problem. Drove back only to be told I couldnt be helped unless a manager was on staff, wasting nearly an hour of my time. This issue was resolved without a manager at a downtown store in minutes.
