A matter of months ago I bought a entry level samsung phone at this location. Past phones led me to believe that 8GB would be enough for the light use I need a phone for. Soon I found that the mere OS takes more than half of the total storage, and the packaged, locked apps take the majority of the rest. I was left with too little for even a few basic apps. The salesperson did not alert me to this. Today I went in to see what my options were. The salesperson said I could always buy a SSD card and increase the capacity. What he apparently did not know is that samsung does not allow ssd cards to be mounted as internal storage. Apps can not be installed. I have yet to see an app that allows it to be moved after the fact to a ssd card either. My options are now to either root the phone, or buy another. I am very unhappy with the knowledge of the people at this location. Very unhappy with my phone.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I purchased a glass screen protector at another store they took the time to make sure it was perfect when the other store was super rude. They were willing to fix another At&t stores mistake. I was there twice in one day but I will be going here from now on. Thank you Alicia, Jessica, Cj and girl with no name tag.

My sister came in for a new phone because the website told her that she was ready for an upgrade. Get into the store and they told her that she has to wait another 6 months. Guy was very unfriendly and shooed us out the door once he saw he wasnt going to make a sale.

This is my local AT&T shop. The staff are always helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait, but compared to some of the locations in Seattle it is never very busy.
