Excellent service! I am beyond thrilled about this bike shop-- Brian is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped fixed my bike-and my bike has intimidated others-its an electric assist cargo bike. Brian jumped right in to figure out what was wrong and solved my problem pretty fast. He fit me in at the end of the day and stayed past closing hours without a problem. Im so so greatful-I haul my kids everywhere on this bike and I get so bummed to be without my bike when I need service-Brian made it so I didnt have to miss a beat. I cannot express enough how happy I am to have a local bike shop that I can trust to help me with both major and minor bike issues. Brian grew up working on cars and even expressed the ability to be able to tackle any electrical problems that might come up. I used to borrow a truck to drive to seattle to have my bike worked on. I ride a lot- both my cargo bike and my road bike-Ill be bringing both my bikes here regularly.

I took my road bike out of storage and it needed a tune up so I brought it in to Vashon Bikes. Brian took a look at my bike and made suggestions for upgrades and replacement of parts that I hadnt thought of. He went above and beyond to transform my bike from almost unride-able to an absolute joy to ride. Brian is exceptionally friendly and a true professional. I will absolutely bring my bike back if it needs more work. Thank you Brian!
