A good mom and pop shop. They dont have lots of the newest or fanciest, but they will fix anything. You wont ever hear "we dont fix those", at this shop. Labor prices are lower than the average in the area, but service times seem to be longer than other shops in the area. Fairly well stocked with all the accessories/clothing you might need.

I bought 2 tires, rubes and rim liners ($80) from here in spring 2016. I ended up having to ride Santa Rosa Ave and got flats on both tires. Stopped back here the day before July 4th to buy a patch kit ($4.60) and was told purchases less than $10 had to be cash. Bummer. Who carries cash anymore?

Five Stars for The Hub Cyclery, Chaz was able to analyze my Lefty Fork order parts, and get my bike back in operation all with in three days, incredible service. Thanks also to Clair for handling the transaction with Cannondale to get the replacement part so quickly.

All i can say Chaz and Clare are the best .Just moved here from Santa Clara and nobody here in the area would get me a Sun Adult Trike . I didnt want any other brand Well they got it for me and i am a very happy customer . All I can say there the best .

chaz is a cool dude he makes his own bear and bakes his own bread the owners are cool to thier employees too which is #1 they treat em fair and pay em right, go there WAYYY BETTER THAN BREAK AWAY BIKES omg like seriously... oh yea hi Doggy :)

My bike was in shambles when I brought it in... now it works great! All for a relatively low price too. Some accessories Ive noticed are a bit pricey but its a local store, so give them a break. 10/10 and definitely WILL be my first choice
