The staff at River City Bicycles is amazing! My bike was stuck near their outlet store after a negligent cyclist locked my brake cable to a rack with their bike, leaving me stranded. I asked for help at River City, and without waiting a beat a friendly staffer liberated my bike and installed a new brake cable for me! Not only did I get my bike back, but I got a free brake adjustment too! I bought my bicycle from the outlet over a year ago and already loved the free brake and gear adjustments included with the purchase. This favor further increased my regard for their service.

Bad experience, I walked in looking for a new trail bike when there were only a couple of other people shopping, and several staff guys were hanging around the front desk doing nothing. No greeting, no offer of assistance, nothing, not even when I was taking down bikes myself to get a better look at them. The only people they acknowledged and offered assistance were the 2 attractive women who came in the shop. Will not give them my business, they definitely didnt act interested in it.

Amazing crew here. I bought my bike here a year ago and have been so pleased. To top it off, I came in today because my chain broke off. They helped me to relize my chain hadnt just broke, parts had been stolen off my bike. They were so sympathetic and replaced my gear free of charge on labor and with discounted parts. These guys are amazing!

I found a bike that was a couple years old here Nd got it for about half of the current model - major difference? Less fancy paint. Great service from crew, particularly Jeff who just helped me gratis when I brought it in with squeaky breaks. He just took it right away and fixed it with a smile. Thanks guys!

Awesome service! I bought my bike here a few months ago. Any time I have needed minor service they have gotten it done that day, no questions asked. The bikes are all marked down bellow MSRP. If you dont shop and wait for a bike shop to have a sale, go to River City Outlet.

the new outlet is pretty cool. the stock was a bit limited, but thats to be expected from an outlet i guess. The staff was really cool, and let me use some tools to install new cages on my pedals.
