I dont normally go out of my way to do online reviews, etc....but the service and attitude at the Division Street Bike Gallery is a step above the rest. Their prices are competitive, but it is in the service and attitude that they really shine. Even on a busy day with a few other people in front of me, I was given the attention and help needed to get me back on the road. From fitment issues with my frame, flat repairs, tuning, these guys rock...Super Kudos to Bryan for his knowledge base and people skills, Thumbs up to Tobin for his advice and thoughtful approach to getting some sizing issues looked at appropriately.Thanks guys. Not looking forward to more bike repair issues, but I do look forward to the opportunity to work with you again!

I am a disabled veteran. I was a runner and after my injures I could no longer run. The guys at Bike Gallery in Clackamas were great and helped me pick out a bike that I could ride and push myself. I was scared to ask for help because biking is a new world for me and everything is new and exciting. Tobin and Spencer in the front are always helpful and bare with me as I ask every question that comes to mind. I come in about once a week now to ask something new and those guys have been my go to. When I have a mechanical problem with my bike (its usually user error) I go straight to Brad who is more then helpful as i learn about my bike. Thanks to the Bike Gallery team for helping me find myself again on a bike. Youve helped me live well.

I highly recommend this place. My bike was changing gears on its own and I took it in to have it fixed, thinking Id have to leave it and pick it up later. They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. They also answered questions I had about my tires, an indoor trainer, etc. and invited me behind the counter to show me how to properly do various things to my bike. The guy who helped also had very helpful suggestions on things I can do to improve my riding experience without being pushy or it seeming like he was trying to upsell me. It was an overall great experience and Ill definitely go back.

Horrible customer service. I came in at 4:30 when they closed at 5 on Sunday... I came with 2 grand to drop on 2 bikes and the first lady I talked to didnt know anything and when I went over to my fiancé he was asking a man a few questions and the guy was completely rude and didnt appear to care if we needed help and didnt care if he made a sale. Will never be back to ANY of their stores. Wont ever spend money there.

These guys are topnotch, I wanted to get my front forks fixed on my bike, when I told the guy what I was doing, he suggested handling it for me as I did not have the tools necessary to cut the post to the right height, in the end, the price was right, the job done well, and thanks to this shops great service, I didnt have to deal with the $!@* at Gresham Bicycle Center, do not hesitate to go here, thanks guys!

Great experience. Ive taken my bike in the past to the one downtown and they always lube my chain for free. As for the Division My brother needed a bike and had a price range that was pretty low, but Tobin worked with us to get a great bike for him on sale. He helped him size it and ordered that size from a different store. It was there the next day. Very personable employee. Thanks Tobin!

Walked to this location from the Springwater Corridor after my crank came loose. The technician retorqued the bolt and adjusted my rear derailleur for $10. He also dispensed some great advice about some adjustments and features as well as pointing out some flaws in the original assembly and what would be needed to address them. I will definitely be returning for future service!

Very poor customer service. I bought pedal thinking it would fix my problem. Turns out I needed a new crank arm. I explained to the bike micanic that I would not return the pedals if he would install the crank arm for no charge. He was really reluctant and rude about it. I would not come here agian. By the way he had a long mustache.

Brought in a bike lock (that I purchased at a different location) for an exchange. The staff here were very helpful even though I got there as they were closing. They helped me find a lock that was much more suited to my needs and even gave me a deal because it was going to be on sale the next week!
