The level of customer service is top notch and always with a smile. Whether I am buying materials or having them delivered, I am never disappointed. The level of service you receive at Shurway Building far exceeds what you will get at a big box store. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers, and I really appreciate the level of professionalism and the Excellent customer service that they provide. I can always rely on the staff to give me their honest opinion about any product displayed in their store, and that alone is worth its weight in gold. To all of the staff at Shurway, kudos to you, JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Just talked to Luke to ask if they carried 12 pressure treated 6x6s. Lovely, positive sounding man told me they carried them and quickly looked up price without even needing to ask him. Id first called Home Depot just to ask if they had 12 PT 6x6s. The sleepy sounding mush-mouth seemed annoyed that I had to ask several times what he said. "Something something something only garden, blah blah blah dont need..." to eventually determine the answer was "no". They carry a few eight footers in the garden department. Alas, my sweetie was already loading some for me at the Missoula Home Depot. Dang! Next time, its Shur Way!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We checked out the reviews of a competitor and went to Shur-way. I think Shur-way is better suited for the weekend warrior do it yourself type person. I was pleased with the experience and would go back again even though supplies came in at different times and three to four delivery trips were needed. One star is missing as we needed the trim board exchanged and we needed it Monday morning to progress. However were still waiting at 1PM.

I was glad to see they have a sign posted about pets coming into the store. Im here to get in and out quickly and get back to work, not trip on dog leashes or be concerned someones pit bulls going to bite me when I pass by. Im sick of going into Home Depot and its like a frigging PetCo on there, its just a matter of time before someone gets bit and sues them.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. They had the exact materials required for my project and turned out to also have the best prices after I diligently shopped the supplies at their competitors’ websites. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends.

Even with a reciept they wouldnt take back 5 unopened boxes of nails or exchange them. I have spent thousands of dollars there and now I will no longer do business with them over 40 dollars of bad customer service.
