I recently bought our kitchen appliances from this location. The order was put in on November 25th and everything was delivered on December 2. Sweet! Everything was great (fridge, dishwasher, and microwave) except for the range. There was a huge dent on the top of it, which was so severe that we could not look past it. The delivery workers ordered a new one but had no time frame for the next delivery date. We thought it would be about a week, considering that was how long the first delivery took. We finally received a phone call a few days later and was told the earliest it could be delivered is on the 20th of December. What?! Over two weeks (18 days) from the first delivery date. Absolutely unacceptable! I then called the 866 phone number on the card that was left claiming they strive for 100% delivery satisfaction, and to call if thats not the case. I called and told them Im about 5% satisfied and hope they can have the delivery expedited. Sorry about your bad luck is pretty much what I was told. I dont understand why they would leave a card about satisfaction when all they tell you is sorry. The card should say, "If youre not 100% satisfied, sorry!", and no phone number should be on it because its useless. The bad news is we sold our old range so we have nothing to cook on until December 20th and Home Depot cant pull any strings to make their customers happy. We are also in the market to purchase a new washer and dryer. However, due to our delivery experience with Home Depot, we will be purchasing those appliances elsewhere.

Unbelievable horrible service and rude employees. As I walked through the doors 6 overweight lazy cashier s standing directly in the way as I politely asked them to move they glared at me like how dare I ask them to move. I proceeded to wander in the plumbing isle finally a gentleman came over and lent what knowledge he had (not much) got what I needed as I got to the cash registers one of them was lazely leaning against a pallet rack I finally get one that is working and as shes trying to ring me up I keep getting charged for monster energy drinks because she sets the scanner where it can read her personal drink and says thats how I get them for free ... I couldnt tell if she was joking or not ... Very unprofessional

Mechanic Golf Course

I went there looking for 1/4 inch pluming parts for my work I walked around in there for half an hour then I saw two employees talking so I walked up to them while they were talking about some pictures on his phone this guy and the gal with the super red curly hair, when the were done they just walked away and no offer to help. so I went to Lowes and as soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Lowes has half the employees walking around who are customer oriented and not cell phone oriented. Put your cell phone away and do your freaking job. As far as it goes Lowes is where I go from now on. If I could I would not give any stars.

I shop here a lot since I bought my home and Ive had mostly good experiences with the store and staff. The only negative experience was when I ordered flooring online and had it delivered to the store for me to pick up. I had troubles locating my purchase and then I had to load it myself while a Home Depot employee watched me. It was an expensive order but I did get the order and it was damage free. I have had plenty of help and advice from the specialized departments on what product to buy (ie plumbing, electrical, tools). Overall Im happy with this store but I did dock them one star for the flooring order.
