DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! If you buy it and it doesnt work when you get home, they will not exchange the product. Thats the type of service I expect from an online store. I bought it from the local company, because I wanted to support local business. I had the same problems as other people. I went here on accident (I was looking for Mary Janes) and figured I would still check the store out. The prices were better here, but the service is absolutely terrible. I bought an expensive portable vaporizer ($229). They didnt have any "new in box" with the design I wanted. So, I agreed to buy the floor model. They refused to discount the floor model, but it was still a good deal. I got home and started going through the box. Inside the box there are re-placement glass pieces in case the installed one breaks. I didnt know how the insides were suppose to look before I read the manual. I discovered that the replacement pieces were broken. I tried to have the pieces swapped from another floor model, but I got the same story as others. "We cant do that." When I got mad, the store worker referred me to the manager - who said they would have to call the owners. The owners would have to call me back. The replacement parts are only $10 bucks from the manufacturers website, so I decided to not waste anymore of my time. I sat in the store for an hour trying to get them to replace the broken pieces I was sold. The manager didnt know anything about the products being sold at the store. If you want to find a good deal - just shop online. Youll have the same experience without needing to deal with incompetent staff and terrible owner policies. Just imagine what would have happened if the damn thing was defective... There is no way to test it before you get home.. I would have been S.O.L CRAPPY STORE DONT SHOP HERE

Terrible store for multiple reasons ranging from their cheap, mass produced glass products, all the way down to the cheap- only for profit- way they run this place. First let me start off with the poor girls that work there. Probably the best part about this store is their lovely employees. They are all so sweet but very doubtful they are taken care of which is very sad. The doors are always open in freezing or scorching hot weather because they arent allowed to close them. I was in there a few days ago and it was a sauna. Extremely poor working conditions not to mention shopping conditions. I couldnt believe it. I wanted to walk out as soon as I stepped in. I also remember about a year ago one girl told me that they are always told to sell more and sell more but they dont make any commission. Horrible. Next Id like to point out that they are out of everything, all the time. Every time I go in there to get something theyre out and itll be there "this Friday" but "this Friday" comes weeks later. Next, Their glass selection is dissapointing. Either extremely cheap, damn near disposable bongs or extremely expensive totally out of reach bongs. No happy medium for the average person who cant afford 100+ but who also doesnt want a hunk of junk. I am a man of my word and I very seldom have anything bad to say, but this place has lost my business for obviously more than one reason. Quite a shame.

Went in and spent 150 bucks buying a E cigarette for me and my wife. After she ran my credit card she informed me that all sales where final, which I found a bit strange. I soon found out soon after, one of the atomizers did not work drove all the way down, because she couldnt tell me over the phone how to fix it, we live in Salmon Creek, it is a bit of a drive. When in told I had come in like she had asked me to, she seemed surprised. I told her that I would like her help to fix the atomizer, she responded with all sales are final. I said thats great I would just like you to fix the atomizer if you can. She snatched it out my hands, fixed it and I went on my way. An hour or 2 later the atomizer stopped working again, I called she was extraordinarily rude told me if I would like I could bring it back in, or buy a whole new e cigarette, as she did not have any in stock. I went here accidentally looking for Brizos Cigarette City, very unfortunate for me now I have wasted a bunch of money for nothing. On a positive not I called up Brizos she tried to help me as much as she could over the phone. Very polite Gal, unfortunately she did not have any atomizers either. Avoid this shop go somewhere else. This is what happens when you are an absentee owner.

I have shopped at this locations a few times its close to home..however everytime i do business with this business something is defective or expired..the return policy does not exsist even with defective products..i tryed them again and its the same..they dont stand behind the cheap products..im done with this experience..and will never shop with this company again its costed me about $75.00 in defective products..done lesson learned.buyer beware cheap and no return policys on defective goods or expired goods.

I Bought a double perk water pipe, when I asked to test the air flow , they said customers are not allowed to do so. when I got home the and put water into it the I realized the top perk was made wrong and no airflow would pass. I called for weeks asking for help, but every time is WS same story ” we will give your number to owner and they will call you back ” this went in for 3 weeks in the end they didnt replace it $75 of worthless glass.

Literally went into this place like 3 or 4 days ago, bought a glass nail for my dab rig. Within a couple times heating the nail you can see a stress crack in it already! And just today after being able to use it less than a few times it breaks when I heated it up. I would expect that if Im going to pay $10 that its going to last awhile! I definitely do not suggest buying glassware here, it seems they buy cheap glass to maximize profits

I go here for tobacco monthly. The staff can have problems being attentive even when there is only one person in. And they dont seem to care. However the selection of tobacco products mostly the rolling tobacco and tubes is rivaled by none. They have an awesome selection of many other products as well. All in all it is a good place. The only thing I would change is the customer service.

I go in here a lot to get tobacco and cigarette tubes, and among the myriad of employees that I have seen working there, Edina is by FAR the most knowledgeable and helpful of all of them. She took the time and patience to get me the best deal on the products I needed based on what I had budgeted for this trip. Thank you Edina! Keep up the great work!

POOR customer service, information, and product. Rude disrespectful women who dont know their ass from a hole in the wall. Sell vape pens but dont carry extra coils. The lady burnt one out testing it with nothing it. Called to get an EXCHANGE (not refund) the lady is just down right rude... WILL NEVER GO BACK.
