Horrible shop, resells items they know are DOA then refuse to accept returns. Ignorant staff, greedy ruse and nasty owner. Do not give these people ur business. Go instead to the vaporium in Tacoma for educated knowledgeable staff and great service with huge juice selection. Update April, 2017 :. So, since my last post I have avoided going to this vape shop despite it being the absolute closest vape shop to me that sells my All Day Vape Juice. Im disabled, my brother is my care giver and he CHOOSES to drive 20-30 minutes further away from us rather then be treated with such disrespect and gouged by absurd products prices higher then anywhere else which is a big problem when they are ignorant about many of the products they carry and sell. The entire industry cut their prices, made juice more easily affordable by about 40% which is amazing.... All except this store. I pay 24$ for a 60ml bottle everywhere else, and because my bro was crunched for time he decided to give these guys a try again where he got a 30ml bottle for over 20$ when everywhere else I pay 25 for twice as much. Shame on them. Shame. That said, many of the guys are nice, sadly they have no power because the mother is the real owner, shes nasty, greedy, refuses returns even when an item is DOA - a friend was even resold an item that a family member had FAUGHT to be refunded because it did not work. They would only give store credit despite all packaging and receipt was taken back the next day, then they resell that exact device knowing it was faulty, SHAME! This store would do a LOT better if she would become a very silent (as in never around, makes no decisions, and maybe goes to charm school) because if this place was run well by good kind people they would have a TON of business. Sadly, I would rather waste the money paying the gas to go further away from our home, even being in the hospital constantly and on disability, because I refuse to be treated so poorly... No more chances. Simply not worth it. I feel so bad for the owners son, and the few great guys that work there. They deserve medals, and props, for being nice but do need to become more educated most specifically in regards to batteries.

Being fairly new to the vaping world, everyone at J and M were great in providing me with the info and service I needed, not to mention had the patience and courtesy to answer all my questions. They are set up with a great tasting/sample display to try the different flavors they offer, and they offer like a hundred different flavors from various juice manufacturers. Prices are great and very competitive to other e cig shops, and Ive been to a few. J and M is by far my favorite place to get my vaping supplies and mods. They also stand by their products 110%. So if your thinking about getting into vaping, stop by J&M and youll leave feeling like a pro/veteran vaper with the tools and knowledge you need to get the best vaping experience. They offer a variety of vaping configuations and have top quality merchandise. I bought a Volcano Lavatube 2.5 with locking tank and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

This is my 2nd time in this shop and my 2nd review. My first in the shop was almost exactly a year from today and my experience was extremely poor. I deleted the review because I believe people can change. Today I arived from out of state and made it back to yelm in need of juice. Stopped in the shop to test some flavors and this time was much different than my prior experience. I believe the guys who helped me were E and J (sorry if Im wrong guys) and they were great! I am very picky when it comes to juice and I dred going to new vape shops to try new flavors. The guys were very helpful and spent time with me to get the right juice. I bought two different juices and surprisingly enough, I am actually very happy with them. Happy enough to delete my bad review andeave the guys a good review. Thank you and keep up the good work guys.

I cant believe that I went into this store not feeling well, had to leave and asked my son to check out... he did. Unfortunately the tag on the item said $59.99 and instead, i received a bill for $90!!! My son had checked out for me so I went back immediately to say I didnt want it. One of them didnt work either!!! They refused to take them back. They refused to give me a new one on the spot because they didnt have one in stock... it turns out the one they sold me for that over priced item was used as well!!! WOW. THIS IS THE 2ND EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THEIR GREED. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BEWARE BUYERS. BEWARE. I just want to add that Miles who works there is a great guy, but unfortunately powerless over the owners greed.

I have came in to this shop almost everyday In the last week. I wanted to buy a new mod for my boyfriend and they definitely pointed us into the right direction. I have found that one of the guys who works there, E. Hes the guy who hooked us up, and even was able to talk to us like hes known us how whole life. They are really generous about getting prices up to budget for us and thier five star program is legit. We were able to walk out of there with a new mod, RDA, two new coils, and a bottle of juice for only $120 dollars. All for their customer service and great hospitality. We are moving away here soon but I can definitely say driving all the way back to Yelm would defintily be worth it. I highly recommend this place.

J&M Tobacco is a wonderful experience, A+ ... If youre looking for a great variety of high end vapor products such as box mods, mechs, RDAs and such they have it all! Amazing customer service, if youre new to vaping talk to Jacob or Corey, they know it all! And if you just picked up a new RDA and want an amazing build, talk to Jacob and he`ll set you up for a great price! Plus they have a wide range of drip juice lines that will satisfy all of your taste bud needs! Even more they carry a wide range of tobacco products, water pipes, dry herb vapes, concentrate vapes and all sorts of smoking accessories!

I dont go to vape shops because the prices are inflated and Ive been ordering from the same companies for years online before vape shops were around. These guys saved my butt at an affordable price and kept me from smoking cigs. I came in angry, grumpy and broke after breaking my mod on a construction job. They didnt take advantage of me and make me buy an over priced mod (though they wanted to but who can blame them) and gave me a clearance item to get me by. They will definitely get my business for now on just for putting up with me and helping me out.

Extreamly Poor Service: It seems as if the staff only care or get involved a daily customer has a concern or question. Ive gone in multiple time over the past 2 years. Ive spoken with both owners, many staff members many times, & never once was I greeted with a smiling face or positive attitude. They can hardly awnser a question with a proper response without getting offended. Ive spent at the least $300 in store but I cant stand the service anymore. J&M has completely lost my business. I would rate this store 0/5
