House of Smoke has some of the most rude, uneducated staff I have encountered. I go to Mary Janes. I went to House of Smoke for a long time and there was ONE girl that worked there and she traded off locations that was nice. Other than that, when I would ask about their Kratom products none of staff knew ANYTHING!! Why? Because the staff that work their are not allowed to use the products they sell. Well thats stupid! If they cant educate their customers, first off they sound stupid, second, they have no business selling ANY PRODUCTS THEY DONT USE AND/OR HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN! Its not good business! DUH!!! The staff is RUDE, turnovers are high, and honestly everytime I went in there it was more of a headache than anything else. I found a MaryJanes by my house, and I go there. The same people have worked there, they know and understand their products, they are knowledgable. AND SO FRIENDLY!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF they treat their customers like family, never rude! Im sorry, but I will NEVER GO BACK TO HOUSE OF Smoke! Oh and MJs has better Kratom too! But to each their own !

I wish I could give this place negative stars. It is absolutely horrid. I broke my bubbler last night and decided to stop by here for an inexpensive piece because its right down the road from me. Horrible idea. Their selection of water pipes is incredibly overpriced. The person on staff was admittedly sweet, but didnt know much of anything about the glass. I purchased a smaller bong and took it home. I unwrapped it. And noticed a spot where the glass was way thinner than the rest. I also found a dead mosquito in it. I took it back less than half an hour later, with my receipt, and the owner refused to give me a refund. The owner only cares about making money, and doesnt care who she screws over in the process. Save yourself some time and money. And go to Mary Janes.

Always had great customer service and they watch everybody very closely. They make sure you know they saw you come in and ask if they can help you find something before you have to ask! The window is always full of cool stuff that draws you closer. The glass itself is always clean, the merchandise is clearly marked so no question they are a thriving store and I choose to go there overall others because of their location and the hours they keep. If youre into the vapor smoke, theyve got a plethora of flavors to choose from. House of smoke in salmon creek gets 5 stars and an A+ from me!

They dont stand behind there products just sell it and out the door. Used my pen 1 time and quit working took it back they couldnt get it to work either. "Oh we can send to warehouse for however long we decide see if we can fix it." Gimme a break just replace it for heavens sake. Girl working tried not her fault she works for bad business owners. Going to tell anyone who will listen not to go there. "If you sell it stand bye it".

The employees are cool and helpful but the owner sucks. Bought something and changed my mind so tried to return it, all within a half hour and was denied. I think the owner treats her employees bad too from the sound of their conversation.

Dont shop here. They sell broken stuff and wont return or exchange it. If you bought it here chances are it doesnt work. Save your money.
