DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! If you buy it and it doesnt work when you get home, they will not exchange the product. Thats the type of service I expect from an online store. I bought it from the local company, because I wanted to support local business. I had the same problems as other people. I went here on accident (I was looking for Mary Janes) and figured I would still check the store out. The prices were better here, but the service is absolutely terrible. I bought an expensive portable vaporizer ($229). They didnt have any "new in box" with the design I wanted. So, I agreed to buy the floor model. They refused to discount the floor model, but it was still a good deal. I got home and started going through the box. Inside the box there are re-placement glass pieces in case the installed one breaks. I didnt know how the insides were suppose to look before I read the manual. I discovered that the replacement pieces were broken. I tried to have the pieces swapped from another floor model, but I got the same story as others. "We cant do that." When I got mad, the store worker referred me to the manager - who said they would have to call the owners. The owners would have to call me back. The replacement parts are only $10 bucks from the manufacturers website, so I decided to not waste anymore of my time. I sat in the store for an hour trying to get them to replace the broken pieces I was sold. The manager didnt know anything about the products being sold at the store. If you want to find a good deal - just shop online. Youll have the same experience without needing to deal with incompetent staff and terrible owner policies. Just imagine what would have happened if the damn thing was defective... There is no way to test it before you get home.. I would have been S.O.L CRAPPY STORE DONT SHOP HERE

The service here is terrible, but this is one of the few places that sells the cigarettes I prefer. Unfortunately, "sells" is a relative term because theyve been out of them for some time. On top of that they have the least knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. No one there can offer me something comparable to the type they are out of or answer my questions about other varieties of the same brand. One employee even asked me how many cigarettes come in a pack. I consistently have to wait to be helped for one reason or another. Today it was because she was running late and didnt have the store open on time. Last time it was because she was having a personal conversation (during which she was swearing like a sailor). I dont have very high expectations for customer service when going to an establishment of this type, but they are incredibly unprofessional.

Paid $189.99 for a zong, brought it out to my car and filled it with water and I didnt use any material in the pipe. I then returned to exchange it for 189.99 in credit or swap it for the same pipe 3 minutes later because as soon as i was filling it with water i noticed water dripping! It was broken!! The Indian owner was very rude, they sell expired products at full price, they sell meth pipes and heroin needles , bath salts, EXPIRED BEER and expired smokable lookalike pot for full price. The owners were very rude and yelling at me over a simple transaction. This place needs to be shut down by Vancouver PD and I will be filing a police report. They are hustling patients and taking advantage of medical marijuana patients. Go to MJs next door. Great service and discounts! Jiffy Mart is TERRIBLE. stay away.

The customer service is actually terrible. We went in there to check out some of the E-juice products that they had and they knew absolutely nothing about them and could not give us any information whatsoever. In my opinion why sell something you know nothing about. We stared through the glass cases for over a half hour before anyone even approached us to see if we had questions. And when we did have questions they had to go find someone else that spoke English. That person did not know what they were talking about whatsoever. Overall it was a terrible experience and I have no intentions of going back there. I would recommend Bubbas vapor & tobacco shop or Mary Janes house of glass depending on what youre looking for.

Great shop for everything except E-juice and mods/tanks. dont get me wrong i love this place, i go there for everything, except e-juice and mods/tanks. their staff is very friendly but isnt very knowledgeable in the field of Vapeing. more or less they have the attitude of "if you dont know what youre looking at, neither do i" . their e-juice selection is pretty vast, but the size bottle you get for $8 to $20(usually around 15-20ml) just isnt worth it when you can travel like 4 blocks down the street and run into two other shops with better juices at better prices. as an example, got a 20ml bottle of "bubblicious" e-juice for $8 for my wife, who said it tasted aweful

The House Of Smoke is the WORST smoke shop I have ever been to. Very poor customer service. The few times I have gone there the people running the store are always on the phone with the family/friends. Last time I went in there I was asking questions about different items. They guy behind the counter started yelling at me saying "You ask to meny questions, you want to ask questions go somwhere else... Theres the door." I was the only one in the store to and he didnt have anything better to do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would recomend Merry Janes to anyone looking for good people and good prices.

This Place Sells Nothing but Inferior Glass! I bought a gift for a friend and noticed that there was a hairline Crack in it, and although it still hasnt been used yet. They wont exchange or take it back! Dont waste your time or money with this company! They do dirty business and dont care for there costumers! Doesnt matter if you have your receipt! Most places give you thirty days on items not used, but this place is so shady and they know there selling you junk, because they dont allow any returns! #Products Junk #Companys Junk!

This is the WORST shop for E-juice, vape pens, mods etc. and customer service on the planet! Everything is over priced junk and once you have purchased this junk you wont get a refund or exchange, Sonny the owner is a thief! Im now stuck with over $100. Of junk that I cant use, DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! Very disappointed! All the bad reviews are true! Please do not shop here, this shop needs to be shut down!

I have no idea how these places get the ratings that they do. Everything in their shops are either knock offs or made in China. Service always sucks. This one in particular Ive been to about 4 or 5 times now with that same girl working and it seems like she doesnt even want to be there. Literally got a long drawn out sigh when i asked to see a bong in the case. House of smoke is only good if you WANT to buy a piece of garbage.

This store is the worst head shop . i just moved to the area so i went to check out the place and the lady behind the cash register rude . Their pieces imports glasses and expensive. Also their water pipes is low quality . So i went to the next door head shop MJ.They were smiling and i felt good and i bought a local hand pipe at good price. Do not go to House of smoke .
