Horrible phone customer service. I directly described the carton of cigarettes I was looking to purchase. After being rudely talked to, I was quoted at 46.. some cents. When I asked weekend hours, the woman hung up the phone. Then going to buy them, the woman had completely misunderstood what I was looking for. The carton ended up being 60.20. Still, more of a decent price than most stores. Being someone who works with and around people all day, is it that hard to listen, give correct information and be polite?

I bought 4 $1 lighters at the Barbur store--2 for me & 2 for a friend. These lighters didnt even work for 1 week. When I went back to TT I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked who owned it & they wouldnt say. I told them theyd better take them out of the display case and not defraud anybody else/

Tobacco town has quite an extensive selection of cigars. Ill give em that. The thing that made me turn away from this place is their service. The lady working at the cash register was rude and treated me like I was anything but human for enjoying a cigar once in a blue moon.

Horrible service. I walked in, grabbed my stuff. I was the third person in line. When it was my turn to purchase my items and I was the only one in the store, the cashiers just ignored me. I literally could not purchase my items. Will never ever go back again.

I love this place, best alcohol buy in the area, extensive smoke accoutrements and wonderful staff, this is totally the place to go for all your ill gotten vices (does not include prostitution)
