Im not an old geezer yet, but I use this mall frequently for walking. Everyone knows it can be a bit rainy in Tacoma, so sometimes the mall is the best place to get those steps. The mall does open about an hour before the stores. And the mall itself is great. My favorite food options include Sushi Express, MOD Pizza, and Menchies. My daughter always has to check out the sales at Hot Topic. And my younger kids always have a good time, too. There are typical child-friendly areas. Parking is usually not a problem, especially during the week. Oh, and one full lap, not including the department stores (Sears, JC Penny, Nordstroms, Macys...) is about 1500 steps.

Eine große und schön gestaltete Einkaufsmal mit allem was das Herz sich wünscht. Riesiger Parkplatz und Restaurants an den Eingängen. Übersichtlich durch die Informationen überall auf den großen Tafeln. Hier kann man sich mit Freunden treffen und abhängen auch für die kleinen ist gesorgt. Spiellandschaften fahrbare Toys und mehr.

Has all the stores I love to shop at. It is a clean mall that has been kept up very well. Some stores it has is: American Eagle, JC Pennys, Sears, Lush, Sephora, Game Stop, a board game store, nail salons, and many other great places to shop for everyone. Not only is there a great option for stores there is a great selection of places to eat ranging from Thai, Chinese, Sushi, and even a Chipotle! The only thing I hate about this mall is getting to it and parking. The surrounding streets are terrible and hard to navigate if you havent been here already and the parking is always horrible. Besides that I love this mall!

During the capital downtime of the year, the mall is a great place to hang out at and do your typical retail shopping. Stores arent packed to the brim like they are in the holidays. Sales are always going on. The food court has a decent enough selection for anything you may have a hankering for. Personally, I eat elsewhere and not at the mall. My only complaint is about the kiosks, but thats normal. If I wanted to shop from kiosks, Id go bother them directly instead of hearing them harass me as I pass by.

I like that the mall is all in one floor with multiple floors excluded to individual stores. They have a fantastic sushi place. The one star was taken off because parking always seems to be a struggle and I always have trouble finding a bathroom. However, there are many buses that go directly to the mall which makes it very accessible for me. I also like that there is a comfortable amount of security on segues; it really lightens the mood.

This mall has had quite the facelift. There are some great stores and its a nice place to walk. Old Navy, Nordstrom, Macys, Gap, Gymboree, and many others. There are some restaurants like Panera that cam be accessed from inside the mall, but others only from the outside. Parking is always available and it is visable from the freeway. Traffic is horrible in this area (mainly freeway), so check and plan accordingly.

I have been going to the Tacoma Mall pretty much all my life, its changed a lot over the years but it is still a very nicely kept building, lots of new shopping malls popping up but I still like the Tacoma Mall, there is always something new going on there and they do have a great Kids program that you can sign up for its free and the kids get a shirt, a free toy, a balloon, and future prizes.

This is a pretty nice mall. Lots of stores and selection. The layout is interesting because it goes in multiple directions all centering up in the middle of the mall. I come here from time to time to clothes Shop or get my hair cut. I shop here a lot during Christmas because of all the cool stores and mini shops down the main hall. Stop in and check it out, you wont regret it :)

disgusted! as a Canadian shopper I am appalled that the Tacoma mall chose to kick out the drummers who were peacefully showing solidarity for Canadians (and this is not just A FN issue all Canadians rights are under threat by the con servative government/dictatorship). I will not shop at your mall evere again...thanks for letting me knwo what your political stripes are....

The Tacoma mall has a great mix of stores and restaurants that offer a good balance of choices and cost. Parking is plentiful with good access from Interstate 5. Mall security appeared to have a very good presence inside and outside of the mall. There was a very good mix of patrons from young to old along with a balanced of representation of the cultural mix of the area.

Its a mall. Thats pretty much it. Its not run down but not high end either. Like any other mall, youll feel like you need a shower after leaving or at least an ebola vaccine. Especially if its busy. There are lots of the popular stores, all have sly high prices. The food court is ok, and the bathrooms are too far apart. Like i said, its a mall.

Its always so crowded here and in the past few years there have been a few different incidents of gang violence. But the early Mall walkers are a lot of fun to walk with and enjoy a coffee. They have done a great job of increasing security throughout the day and the Tacoma Police Department is often very visible. Im glad to see that they are trying

The main corridors are the most fragranced of any place Ive ever been. If you are there for more than five minutes, your clothes will reek of fragrance. It is the smelliest place Ive ever been. If any of the stores you want to go to can be accessed from the outside, do it. This is not the mall to go to if you have allergies to fragrance.

This place tires me out. It should have multiple floors but is too spread out. Be careful getting lost if you bring family and children. But they do have child play areas so that is worthy of a star. They also have a good burger joint so I come here especially when Im hungry. Blazing onion is better than BJs, but thats just my opinion.

Never really been a fan of malls, its a great meet-up place with places to look around, but prices are always expensive, a few nice little stores like Uncle bobs game shop? if I remember the name correctly; sells board games and the like. 7 Imports is pretty cool, a novelty shop with swords, paintings, and other interesting things.

We were visiting from out-of-town and drove around searching for specific items. Google lead us to this nearest mall. Due to lack of proper roadside signage, we didnt realize there were more stores inside other than Macys & JcPenney, since those were among the few stores with signs posted along the building structure.

Same stuff different day, crowded usually & almost always leave without finding anything of interest. I really only go because thats charleys subs only location close by. However its a great place for last minute christmas shopping during the holidays since they have a handful of useless knick knack shops there.
