one time I was shopping there and stopped at one of the charging stations when this mall cop, named ghallagher or something like that, had came over to shoo off some other people and then turned on me too. the other people where obviously transients with backpacks and worn cloths and etc. I was there with my relatively new laptop... he didnt even ask anyone if they where there shopping, he told me the mall policy was that the area was for shoppers and that to sit there you needed to have already shopped or to have the intent to shop (I had gone to starbucks and was going to go again on my way out after a few hours relaxing away from the heat). he didnt even ask me if i had shopped, or if i had the intentions to shop, he emphasized the mall policy and told me I needed to leave. I, having worked in security, then asked very clearly if he was exercising power of authority and acting as the establishments legal representative... he demanded I leave and that he was going to call the cops, so that was a yes. I felt like calling to complain but Ive been through a lot of emotional muck the past 6 or so months and this situation just got caught up in the current... though, now that yelp/google maps is asking and I am now thinking about it again maybe this time I will call and complain.

This place is a joke my friends and I were charging our phone after we spent $300 on cellphones in a security guard in this video was so bored he decided to profile us thinking we were riff raff or homeless come and he decides to hide in a corner all rigid in all looking for some action and he had nothing to do with so bored I was there for like 5 minutes take a look at the video it is a loser center mall rat guards have the worst professional demeanor so lacking unbecoming of anyone in uniform its really appalling in this discriminating its terrible how the guards are treating the people who go there to spend money at that mall no wonder why -The Malls always empty because of the security guards there and they suck

Final nail in the coffin. After parking I learn I am now liable to pay for 0 minuets. Not only that but I try to pay and the machine is broken. Then the parking arm is broken and says arm out of service in a one way narrow exit making me feel trapped by trash equipment. I have no plans to go back. Honestly there isnt anything I cant get at the mall I cant get on Amazon or near Santa Rosa avenue. Coddimgtown has come up a lot too lately. Also would it kill the plaza to powerwash their disgusting brick. They have no pride and no shame. Absolutely now the malls have traded roles between the dirty gross one and the nice one. Goodbye Plaza. Were done.

I spent way too much $ in the stores to be charged another couple dollars for an extra 15 mins of parking. Which btw the machine wouldnt take my card and the mall was closing. What then? Im supposed to get stuck in the parking lot and wander around downtown looking for an atm thats open? Ridiculous. The worst is the kiosks that have turned into feeling like Im walking through the game midway at a carnival, all the carnies hollering for your attention. Desperate to sell you cheap hair straighteners. I can shop online and save myself all the trouble, I wont go back after this last weekend.

I wouldnt have a problem with the $1.00 fee except that my last to visits involved negative experiences. The first being that I only had a $5.00 and a debit card from my tax return and could not pay with either. I even told the lady that she could take my $5.00 even though the fee was $1.00. She said No, I had to beg her to let me out of there since I had an interview to get to. The second time I learned my lesson and brought exact change, only to have the screen flash out of service the second I added money. Again I had to beg the worker to let me out.

A lot of times they dont even charge for parking even if Ive been there for three hours (which is way too long to be at the mall anyways) and if u have a problem with your card at the gate, press the help button and they will open it for u. it only gets trafficy at the one parking entrance. There are so many different entrances and exits u can use that are never crowded. People can be so annoyed of the weirdest things. Blows my mind. Like look at more, then what is right in front of you people. Take a chill pill.

I cant believe they are charging for parking. I went there today and it took me almost 20 minutes to drive out of parking lot. People in front of me did not know how to pay n it was not even busy. I cant imagine how is going to b during black Friday. To bad they r charging for parking cuz I will never shop there again. Coddingtown mall here I go, plus there is the Montgomery village is free parking no ticket system :)yay shop free of stress

Its a mall. Has alot of great stores. Big and varied food court. But...they now charge for parking. From the minute you get a parking slip to when you leave. No more free parking. Stupid corporate decision. Havent shopped here more than 2 times in 5 years. And now I remember why. Free parking is always a draw. No wonder why Simon the company that owns the plaza say they are having a problem. I will take my business elsewhere.

NO more free parking ! Are we in San Francisco or Los Angeles? This is Santa Rosa. Yes some of the stores are good like Macys, Pink, Sears, Victorias Secret, & the food court has good options. But to nickel & dime the community is ridiculous. Walking wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt centered in a large homeless population. It can get kind of sketchy. I will not be returning & i will make sure to recommend other areas.

Good selection of stores. But not enough maps and tricky to get out of the parking garage in some places. Not only are there several stores with strong smells of perfume coming from them that you can smell just walking past them, but then there is a perfume kiosk that is makes it hard for those of us with sensitivity to strong smells. I get migraines from smelling perfume. I dont enjoy going to this mall.
