I come here very often, even though its a 30 min drive for me. Yes we live in Oregon and it Rains.....Constantly! I have a 2 year old who needs to play and so i come here. Im very thankful for this area. The only problem is that its not monitored at all. There are rules posted, but no one pays attention to them. The major one is the how tall you can be to play in there. This is so the older, taller kids are not knocking down the little ones. However, this rule doesnt get abided by. If they could just hire someone, or have the security guards keep watch over this area to keep a little order ,it would be amazing. There is often way to many kids and kids taller than the height limit. I have wrote them about this before, but no change. I see security walk right by when there is utter kaos going on. The only time one stepped in was when a balloon man was making really nice animals for the kids (causing no problems) he told him he need to go back to where he was hired and he wasnt allowed there. ANYWAYS, I love to take my child here to play, but just be careful , they might get run over. we love the food court, they have a nice variety of different cuisines and a big area for people to sit. We are however saddened by the sudden exit of chilis. We came often just for this, it was my husbands favorite. The stores Are very nice. There are many different stores for all different styles and people. The mall is verry long , so one of those airport conveyor belts would be nice! LOL . This is a very nice mall, and is taken very well care of.

AVOID THE CELL PHONE FIX KIOSK GUY BY SEPHORA!!!! When did the mall allow businesses to STEAL? The egyptian man who fixes cell phones near the food court escalator on the bottom floor is a liar and a thief! He promised a fix for $75 but when I cam back it was somehow $125 and he had no explanation and refused to give me MY PHONE back until I paid it. Then when my friend had their phone looked at he said he couldnt but would sell her an identical iphone for $50. Shes young and thought it was a good idea. The phone was STOLEN. She immediately went back and told him and he refused to return her money. So you have a liar and a thief selling STOLEN phones to people. What do you plan to do about this? This is unacceptable and something needs to be done. WORD TO THE WISE AVOID THIS CELL PHONE FIXER IN THIS MALL AT ALL COSTS! Go to a certified business. We went to gadget fix near mall 205 and they were actually less expensive and actually professional.

It is a Mall with so many stores and restaurants and theaters and everything a good mall should have. Right on Hwy 205 and Sunnyside Road, (which can be a problem certain times of the year. with all the traffic), it is easy to locate. The mall complex is a maze of roads and cross streets. But if you just take a deep breathe and pay attention I found the area fairly easy to navigate as long as you are not in a hurry Once you have been there a couple of times, it is not that hard to get in and out of the various parking lots and understanding the maze, you will find businesses that are worth the time to locate them. But, if huge parking lots and traffic lights, cars and traffic are not your thing, there are numerous city buses coming and going throughout the day to take the stress of driving out of the picture. A huge mall complex, but an adventure for even the non-shopper types like me that turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

Kiosk vendors have gotten entirely out of hand at Clackamas Town Center. They step in front of you and start selling, butting into your personal conversations, and are a real turn-off. Companies with store fronts do not have merchants come out into the common areas of the mall to accost shoppers- why are these kiosk vendors allowed to do so? I found myself getting grumpy as I was repeatedly approached by these very agressive sales-people. Then when I left the mall I was pan-handled by someone for bus fare. ENOUGH already! I dont like to shop where I feel I have to be defensive- there are plenty of other options to choose from.

Clean, mall with increasing variety. In an age when malls are starting to crumble and variety dwindling this place seems to be making a comeback. Theres a noticeable increase in new shops and more coming, while most shops are catering to a more upscale crowd than stores that previously populated the halls. If anything, the mall has expanded over recent years with shops and restaurants in outdoor areas expanding the overall footprint. The atrium areas are well lit and about the right size without being too small or too sprawling. Its a quick walk from one end to the other with enough variety to keep window shoppers busy.

Would give five stars except for the kiosk vendors. Was in a hurry to pick something up from a jewelry store at the mall and was rushing by one of the kiosks. The man proceeded to yell hello at me until I was forced to respond. I told him I was in a big hurry and wasnt interested in what he was selling. I think it was some sort of hair product. I then got reamed out by his associate who called me racist and judgmental because I didnt have enough time to listen to his product shtick. Other than that, the mall is wonderful. It is huge, has lots of stores, and most of the employees at those stores are wonderful and helpful.

Clackamas Town Center Mall is my second favorite Mall to shop or watch a movie during the weekend. Clackamas Mall is always very clean and not that many kids during the right hours of course. I believe Claskamas Town Center has all your needs, if youre looking to work on a project in Barnes & Noble Cafe to having the most famous cinnabon in most major malls, town center has it all. Also, we cant forget about dinner and a movie. Do forget to stop in at Claim Jumpers. I have been a fan of Claim Jumpers since I was a kid and highly recommend eating out here at least once and dont forget to pick up you candy on the way out.

Poor security. Not only do they prohibit concealed weapons holders from carrying but they also have UNARMED security. They just had a mass shooting yesterday inside the mall that killed 3 and injured multiple people. Not a safe place at all. If theyre going to deter legally concealed weapons holders from carrying then they should have ARMED security that are properly trained. These mass shootings are becoming quite popular and places like this need to provide the appropriate security or allow the visitors to conceal carry to defend themselves.
