MAC Store Today at 1115am I was in the Mac Store at Bridgeport Village. I was one of three customers in the store. One customer was having makeup applied by a sales associate and another customer was being checked out at the register. I was browsing for lipstick. After the sales associate finished checking out her customer she left the counter and went in the back room. At that time I had finished with my browsing, picked out two lipsticks that I wanted and waited patiently by the register. A new customer walked into the store and walked directly to the cash register, standing next to me. The sales associate, that was in the back room, finally appeared and began to help the other lady. I stood there with a shocked look on my face holding my two lipsticks. She looked at me, said, "Cute dress" and walked away. Neither of the sales girls ever helped me or asked if I had been helped. After about 10 minutes of me waiting for help I put my two lipsticks on the counter, approached the sales associate applying the makeup to the first customer, said excuse me, explained what had happened and she said ......"Oh, I am sorry" then continued with her customer. I left the store and went over to Blue Mercury, spent $54.00 on two Nars lipsticks, and received excellent service. My commitment is this, I will never step foot in that store again until you train your sales people to respect and service the customer. Right now the manager needs to step it up and teach each of their employees to greet new customers, ask who was next if there is a question, and make a customer feel valued. Patrice

Would only be in Bridgeport Village when we wanted to watch movies. After a scary incident we experienced that night, would actually be our last time going there again. 2 stars because we loved the Theater and was convient for us. We out that night for a movie and was the last showing which ended about almost 12 am. We walked out to our car which was parked near the Sinju Sushi and realized someone broke into our car. We tracked down a security guard gave him the report and we noticed a few security cameras in the parking lot which was relieving for a second BUT they did not work because they havent been working for a few months says the security (Red flag). And that was a bit upsetting. So just be safe with your vehicles dont leave anything out that is visible not even bags that may be empty because its a easy way for someone to just break in to your vehicle and than youd be stuck paying the bill to get your window fixed. I made that same mistake leaving my camera bag out but under the seat and I guess they were able to notice it and break in. So heads up because Bridgeport Village security cameras will not be helpful in cases like this. Good luck.

Its an upscale shopping center that is tailored by retailers and marketing execs to fit Lake Oswego, West Linn, and now Tualatin residents (read: the highest per capita income in Oregon). It is what it is. There are a lot of stores you cant find elsewhere and its a helluva lot easier to find parking than going to 23rd or downtown. Even if Im there just to run a quick errand, itll only take like 10 mins. The food is good, Sinju is always amazing, Zao is delicious and more on the inexpensive side (tofu fries - yum!!!), and I frequent the gelato/deli place in summer time. This is not a place you go to find a bargain (admitted, the clearance section at Urban Outfitters can be pretty amazing), this is a place you go for high-end whatever. And if youre not looking for that, youll probably be really turned off by Bridgeport. With that said, its a really nice layout, its actually pretty cool to hang out on nice days, and its a nice respite from shopping at Pioneer Place. Just remember your umbrella or rain jacket on rainy days - I never count on there being loaners available.

This isnt your typical open-air strip mall. Bridgeport Village is a nicely-manicured shopping center that has a little of everything, including a loyalty program. The landscaping is well-manicured, the hanging potted plants look perky, the lights on the ginko trees are illuminated at night and the sidewalks are always clean. Because the shopping here is a little more upscale than a mall, you can tell that the managers are thoughtful about which stores get to rent space. One of my favorite things to do at Bridgeport is have dinner, do some shopping and watch a movie in their posh theater with reclining seats.

The theater is fine, although one of the higher priced cinemas in the area. The parking is a nuisance but after a few visits you kind of learn where to park. It can still be a hassle getting to and from the theater parking through the mall traffic, though. The staff was always responsive to any projection issues and didnt hesitate to give me a pass to return and watch the movie later or to watch a different movie if I had to miss part of one to report issues. I stopped going to Bridgeport (even though its the closest movie theater to me) when all the screens converted to digital projection.

We live near this mall so we come here for movies and food sometimes along with other limited shopping. Parking is horrible because there are just too many people that go there. Also most of the stores are for the elite rich people and regular people cant shop there. They do have some nice food places though especially the new food kiosks they opened like koi fusion and waffle window along with a decent play structure for kids. I want to do 3 stars, but nostalgia and the fact we keep going back there makes me want to give it an extra one.

WOW! First time Ive been here and first reaction I had. To me it was like Rodeo Drive dropped straight down from Hollywood. I lived and worked in this area many years ago and and I dont think Ill ever get over the culture shock. I just wanted to see a movie but was engulfed in opulence. Not a bad thing, just not my cup of tea. By first impressions, I would never be able to afford shopping there. Parking sucks for the disabled, and to pay $5.50 for mandatory valet to watch an already overpriced movie is ridiculous. Wont be back.

Its beautiful. Clean streets and sidewalks, like an amusement park "city". Everything is bright. People in the stores are very nice. Nice stores with quality merchandise. A little expensive in most stores, but there are many wonderful stores. Theres an umbrella pot outside stores. All the umbrellas look the same. You can use them to walk between stores in adverse weather. There are benches almost everywhere in case you need to rest a minute. I looking forward to going back.

It is indeed very clean and carefully maintained, perhaps a little too careful for my personal preferences. I find parking to be a real hassle; the parking doesnt seem to be well thought out really. I go here for a couple of specific reasons, the biggest being the convenience of the Apple store to my office and the very welcome addition of Native Foods, but Im just not much of a mall person and the whole outdoor mall thing seems a little unwelcoming in February.
